Brandy was so helpful today! Amazing energy and emotional support, which I really needed ? Twice now I have needed an inexpensive, formal-ish dress for an event with a specific colour scheme, and this place both times had the perfect thing.

The manager at this store is extremely rude. Basically said I was lying and wouldn’t accept a return of an item that wasn’t worn and had damage on it.

Great clothes but what really stands out is the amazing customer service! Staff demonstrated passion for fashion without being pushy. An extra thanks to Brandy who really helped me update my wardrobe. Highly recommend!

Honestly the best retail experience I have had in some time, I forgot service could be like this.
Struggling to find anything that fits me for my upcoming baby shower, and Chelsea was an absolute gem. She showed me everything she thought might fit with my giant bump, asked about my style preferences and kept checking on me the whole time.
The other staff were equally as friendly, and I didn't have to wait long for new sizes/styles while I was in the change room.
Will definitely be coming back here!

The staff go above and beyond to help you find what you’re looking for. There was a coat I loved but my size wasn’t on the rack, Brandy looked in a few places and couldn’t find it. But then she came out and was like I tried one more place and found it! I could tell Brandy cared about her customer’s experience. Will be back!

Here are a few words of appreciation for the wonderful service I received at PSEUDIO Bayshore on Wednesday afternoon, October 19th. Mallory found me item after item well worth trying on -- including quite a few that I would have overlooked on the racks. Of course, not every piece worked on me, but there were no less than three that were absolutely stunning!
Thanks again to Mallory and her fellow staff for all the help, style feedback and general kindness. This store is certainly worth a visit!

The staff at this store is incredibly friendly and helpful. The woman who greeted me took time ask me questions, and then show me around the store. She suggested lots of options and helped me build some beautiful looks that I wouldn't have thought of. It was a fantastic experience!
