Absolutely wonderful service from Enbridge. Within 2 hours of reporting a problem with my meter, Shawn (service guy) came by and had a new one in place in a matter of 15mins. Wow, it doesn't get better than this! I do hope this nice young man gets recognition for his friendly, courteous and exceptional work.

Their phone system was made not to talk to customers. It doesn't matter what options u press it keep saying press that number .Its impossible the only way to reach them is to call the number that says if you smell gas.

Enbridge shut off the gas at my mother's home to change the meter without first making an appmt. My mother is 90 years old and undergoing cancer treatments and was without heat for 4 days! It was 15 degrees in her home!. They should not be allowed to shut off private residence's gas without prior notice! This is disgraceful !!!

I just want to update the email address and trying to get hold with customer service. It's impossible!!! when I press 0 to speak to someone the voice answering machine just keeps on going and repeating itself. Very frustrating

lmao their chatbot is a joke, if you dont answer in 30 seconds it says havent heard from you in a few minutes and then disconnects even if you entered your message

I had made a mistake when setting up our gas in augest. Think putting our address as 52 rather than 25. I fully understand that this mistake is on my shoulders, but I have been fighting for a month to get them to move my money over to the correct address before they shut off my gas (again!!).They haven't even bothered to disable billing for the accidental address, nor my current address until they can figure it out, so now it looks like I owe a ridiculous amount of money, plus money for a house I never lived in with the billing end date closing in. I've been told time and time again to just wait a few more days and they'll call me, with nothing to show for it, and now a whole other house will suffer due to my own, and Enbridge's negligence. Do they not send an email if your account has been forced closed?? I feel bad for the people I had been accidentally paying for, I hope Enbridge will cut them some slack.The first time our gas was shut off, when it was turned back on, our basement was flooded by our (very old) gas water heater. Luckily our landlord replaced it, and Enbridge is legally not at fault, but it's still awful that it happened.Edit: the issue was fixed almost two months later. I have no idea if the incorrect address is still secretly in my name or if the occupants of that address are aware of the issue.

There is no customer service, just automated messages. online account is very basic and terrible, can't do the auto payments for me. I tried different cards and banks and every time the same problem. I have to go into my account and put my information every time to make a payment! I moved to a new address and now I have both addresses on my account and can't delete previous address in my account. I am extremely confused and don't know what to do. how come such a big company has not customer service?!! when there is no rival in the market this things happens. I think their job is to annoying people rather than providing gas!

Been asking for "actual Reading" for past 4 months as bills are being based on wrong amounts.. you'd think a company that robs people can afford to send "actual bill" and not estimated bill !!! Disabled and can't save money for 3 months for "actual bill".Keep heat at 16 degrees but it's freezing. Horrible company to deal with..Update - still no actual reading since last November and it'send of May, overcharged for at least a month of gas !!! Criminal.. don't care about customers

Absolutely horrible company. Yearly huge extra charge for nothing. I pay it all but if I didn’t, it would hurt my credit score. The gas runs stronger at night, when it should run weaker at night, and stronger during the day instead.Their financing option also doesn’t work, it charges you more when you’re not using it and not much less when you are and it doesn’t include that yearly charge spread out, no, you still have to pay it all at once. This makes their financing option completely useless so I don’t use it.I have had other issues at my place including my ceiling collapsing in due to water damage but that didn’t make me want to move out. The garbage company that is Enbridge does make me want to move out! This is the worst company ever and they will never help you if you try either. Please avoid any house with Enbridge gas heating.

I paid this company by mistake while I don’t have any account with them. Since may 2022, Desjardins tried to get the money back for me but they never responded. I tried myself to get it, they refused by telling me that the bank must contact them. As of today, I still haven’t received my 455$. So please, give me my money back. This is unfair that you guys stole my money because I don’t own enbridge anything

A disaster to deal with. They can’t fix your bills if their likelihood depended on it. If it was not a monopoly they won’t be able to hold down a client with this incompetent service they provide. I’ve been getting bills that fluctuate from $50 to $500 with my water tank coming in at random intervals. Have and had the same issue on other properties and its dragging for years without a fix.

Yesterday we had a new meter installed, the installer Don Dogori under contract with Enbridge arrived at the end of the day worked in the dark to finish the install and we would like to share are appreciation for work well done!!

I bought house April 20, 2022. I didn't get bill yet. I called lots of time to Enbridge but didn't get fix yet on 14 December 2022.

My landlord decided to buyout the hvac tanks for my entire apartment building which I was subsequently charged for. Enbridge said I had to contact Enercare because it was their tanks. Called Enercare several times and put in a dispute because I was just the tenant and I was not the one buying out the tanks. Enbridge said I had to pay the other charges for gas manually through my bank - no problem - I did that almost a month a go now. Enercare also said a few weeks ago that the dispute was closed and that I was credited for the charges related to the buyout and I stupidly believed them. Well, now I'm being told to pay the charges for the buyout AS WELL as the charges for the gas and tank rentals for the month that I already paid for. I send that payment nearly a month ago through the bank following the instructions they gave me. Now I have to go through the dispute processes yet again, bouncing between enbridge and enercare. Thank god this is my last month in the unit and I won't have to deal with them after this - or maybe I will if they continue to not fix the issue of the tank rental buyouts.Thanks for nothing
