Went in for a shellac, she told me the shellac wasn't good and that the nail dip was better so she upsold me. First red flag. Then she proceeded to file my nails without asking what shape I wanted. Second red flag. Then she left me to go work on someone else. Third red flag. Her apprentice took over and she had the decency to ask what shape I wanted. Since the first lady had already filed my nails on one hand wonky round, the apprentice rounded the ones she was working on. Then the first lady came back and proceeded to continue what she started. She applied liquid to my nails and then dipped them in acrylic powder. It didn't look nice and the product was lumpy. Fourth red flag. Then the drill came out and I objected but she insisted. Fifth red flag. She started drilling at my cuticles and she drilled a huge chip in the product. Sixth red flag. She was so busy looking around and not looking at what she was doing. I stopped the service, told her I didn't like what she was doing. I didn't like how it looked, lumpy and uneven. I asked her what I owed her and told her I would be removing the product with acetone when i got home. She had the decency to not charge me.Horrible way to conduct business.

Horrible. The hairstylist i got could hardly speak english. left a line in a fade i had her correct. i also asked for a fade from 0 on.. and she didnt. yeah.. 25$ .. ill be taking my business elsewhere.Service: Hairstyling
