  Was surprised and pleased that the team at this location was able to swap my jacket for me with the same one in a smaller size, even though I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift from my wife.) Much appreciated. Definitely recommend Eddie Bauer in general and the Tanger Outlet location in particular.
