We replaced most of the windows in our almost 100 year-old home. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Shane in the office was terrific to deal with and happy to discuss design, matching colours, etc. The 3 person crew of installers were so professional! They may have been the most professional and efficient group of tradesmen we have ever dealt with.

We had a wonderful experience with Eco Ottawa, when replacing all of the windows and doors on our home. We highly recommend Shane for his excellent customer service, patient explanations and great suggestions. In working with Shane, we found him very trustworthy and service oriented. We were comfortable moving forward with Shane based on his attention to detail, expertise and excellent products. We found Pavel and his crew very hard working, meticulous, respectful and accommodating (taking care of details we requested, in addition to the installation). Shane and Pavel ensured us during the process that they would take care of any issues along the way and in the end, they left us with a totally refreshed look to our home. A huge thanks to the Eco Ottawa team, as we cannot stop looking at the beautiful windows and doors!

Eco Ottawa Windows & Doors installed four new windows in my home earlier this summer (2020). The pandemic trashed our schedule, but we all adapted and the job proceeded smoothly. I had ordered wood windows and asked for early delivery so that I could varnish the inside of the frames before the windows were installed. The manufacturing shutdown in Quebec meant that the windows weren't completed until early May. Shane delivered the windows as soon as they were available, and scheduled a date to install three weeks later. There was a manufacturing glitch with one of the windows. Shane coordinated with the local LaFlamme rep to visit, and all is well. I found Shane and his team responsive throughout the process. The installers were careful and tidy inside and out, and the frames and casings required very little touch-up for a complete return to normal. It is so nice to have these new windows in place, so now all the windows in my house are matching casement style! Thank you to Shane and his crew.
