I went and purchased something under the aggreement that it could be returned as it was a gift. There is no clear exchange/refund policy.After much round about, I got only a partial refund, where the owner kept the tax portion. Maybe Revenue Canada ought to know about this. Basically, she is paying herself to issue a refund. The item was old and had been in her shop for years. Not a good place to shop given the policy.

I went to this store for the first time this summer, looking for Japanese incense. I had a couple of brands in mind and found one of them, the other was on back order. The lady working there made a recommendation for a different one based on my other preferences. I didn't have a lot of money at the time so she offered to split the box with me. This ended up being my new favorite scent and I burn it every day. I'll definitely be going back next time I'm in the city :)

Amazing selection of unique and thoughtful gifts as well as gorgeous women's clothing (T-shirts, dresses, jackets, kimonos, accessories) - I always get compliments with my purchases here as they are stylist and high-quality (but reasonable prices) and even my daughter wears them and loves them.

Very nice and peaceful store. The owners are very kind and helpful. I went there for prayer flags but their selection is wide and interesting. It's worth a visit!

This is a great store! They provided Feng Shui services to our home. The selection of articles in their store is incredible. The staff working at this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. We also purchased singing bowls. What a great sound they make in our home! Check it out. You will absolutely love this place.Ken Lauzon
