I and my friends went there to shop last minute for a jacket we knew what we wanted but couldn't find the right size Mackenzie help as find the right jacket without worrying about the closing time... great customer service ? thanks!

I recently had the displeasure of experiencing the abysmal customer service at Dynamite, dated Saturday, March 23, 2024 and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. I went in to return a defective item, expecting a simple and hassle-free process. However, what I encountered was anything but that.
Upon explaining the situation to the manager and the two other employees, I was met with indifference and apathy. Instead of showing any willingness to assist or rectify the issue, the manager had the audacity to call security on me simply for requesting a refund. It was as if my valid concerns were inconveniencing them.
Thankfully, another manager intervened and apologized for the appalling treatment I received. It's shocking that it took the intervention of a higher authority for the situation to be resolved. This incident speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by the staff at Dynamite.
In conclusion, my experience with Dynamite's customer service was beyond disappointing. It's clear that they prioritize confrontation over customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Sarah from Dynamite is AMAZING! She helped me with absolutely everything and anything I needed! Even steamed my items before wrapping them in bags to keep them from wrinkling <3

I love all the employees at this dynamite location but this one cashier girl (Arab girl) is absolutely rude to me everytime I am shopping. Lately when I go home to try clothes on and changed my mind, once I come in store to return this one girl has been so unprofessional and I always have kindly spoken to her but she replies with stern replies. Also she has shown aggression in checking my clothes when there is no issues with them. She tries to find one. She says this is stained or this is not sellable or she goes to the back for a second opinion..waste of my time. I'm beginning to feel like not providing my money to such poor customer service behaviour. Absolutely rude and ridiculous and she shouldn't work there!! Everyone else is sweet, kind and pleasant towards me.

Was shoved by an employee while looking at a shelf of clothing. No excuse me, just shoved aside so she could put her items on the shelf. The employees here are so entitled and lack customer service skills (and basic human decency).

Shyanne was INCREDIBLY helpful. I came in looking for a dress with 1 left in stock, she spent a good 15 minutes trying to find the right size for me. She ended up finding it in the back and thanks to her I have a dress for an event later this week. I’ve never had a staff member from any store be this helpful and go out of their way for me. If I ever need anything from a dynamite store I will be coming to the Bayshore location, no doubt about it. Again, I really do want to say Shyanne was the most helpful store associate I’ve ever met in my entire life. THANK YOU!!!!

Poor customer service from the cashier. I was buying a clearance item. She was yelling at me saying, "Do you really want to buy it? This is not refundable." That was my first time buying from this branch. After this reflection, I would not go back to buy anymore.

I went to Dynamite for the first time at this location, searching for a professional wear. I had some of ideas what I want, and one of the sale associates Carmela has been really helpful through my shopping experience. She had good knowledge of what I want to wear. I just want to say thank you very much for the process of purchasing my first professional wear. Will definitely come here again!

On May 25th, I had a really great experience at this branch of Dynamite. Johanna and Cheyanne were extra helpful chasing down a number of items for me to try, and getting me the best fit with each piece. Good eyes for my sort of look, useful advice about what might also work, and honest feedback about fit and style on MY body -- they provided them all. Thanks, ladies!

My daughter and I received outstanding service from Eira, Olivia T. and Olivia W. They saw that my daughter was completely overwhelmed choosing new clothing and they went out of their way to put her at ease and helped her choose new styles she had never even considered. They talked to her, got to know her style and made amazing choices for her. My daughter actually said she had never felt so pretty and well-put together as she did when leaving the store with her purchases. We cannot thank the ladies enough for all of their kind help and excellent taste!

Found a very comfy pair of jeans that look amazing and cost less than a pair at AE. Was helped right away by a very friendly woman that offered tips and advice. Didnt feel constantly bothered while changing. Great vibe.
