Needed 2 parts replaced (keyboard and trackpad). He took my money and the problem was not fixed. Had to take it back to apple which I was trying to avoid. They opened it up and said he basically butchered it beyond what it was before, would've costed double what it costed initially to fix it with his new damages. Had to buy a completely new laptop because he basically rendered mine unfixable.

We are seniors with limited techie knowledge and are often totally overwhelmed with problems we experience. We totally rely on Drew to solve any issue we might be experiencing. We would highly recommend Drew if you need technical help of any kind.
