Dollarama in Ottawa has many items at less price that makes it worth a drop in. The staff are hard working, friendly and fast, some employees are incredibly enthusiastic and cheerful. A limited staff and support from the head office that one cashier helps a long line and lineup. The store is great and still glad to have a location here, though it lacks a self checkout and has a piddly electronics section. People have a long lineup and no one around to ask a question, but the staff cares and thank all.
Good prices, rotating and seasonal merchandise, and always friendly staff.

Honestly not the best, the staff do their best with limited staff and support it seems from the head office. The workers always though do seem to be in the back with one cashier helping 20 people in line.
