My wife and I decided to get Costco cards. I turned to the wonderful girls Christina and Chrystal, they solved the problem instantly, honor and praise to such employees! A minute later I was already shopping in this wonderful supermarket where there is everything for every taste and budget. I recommend this store everyone! You will find everything here!

Good deals in-store. Friendly staff. Usually very crowded, checkout lines are long and some cashes are closed. Open more cashes.
Gas bar on site often has good prices. Also has long lineups. The attendants are friendly and very helpful.

Waited over 2 hours at Costco Pharmacy for one pill, only to be told to come back tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous—such a waste of time and zero respect for customers.
If this is how they handle things, it’s complete bullshit.

I had a 20-minute wait at customer service while all the employees just chatted with each other. It felt like they barely got any work done, and watching them have their own chat time made me pretty frustrated.

This Costco location provided the best customer service. I was looking for the Kirkland greek yogurt for a month now, been to 3 different Costco locations but to no avail. This young gentleman named Kyle, offered to look in the stock for it. He came back to tell me that it will take him 30 mins to get it, which I assumed that it was in a difficult location to retrieve. When I went back 30 mins later, he was in the process of restocking a whole skid of the yogurt. He saw me and went to grab one to hand it to me. Kyle went out of his way to fulfill customer satisfaction, to which I'm utmostly grateful for. Thank you so much!
