I brought my daughter in law to Adorit Boutique from Vancouver expressly so she could buy a few more of her favourite socks.Last but not least, I LOVE the delivery of a package to my door , brought by the owner, on a bicycle..No one competes with service like that!”

After years of shopping at (and being disappointed by) Plato’s Closet, Trove is more intentional and you can clearly see why each piece was selected. Great size selection, and adorable store. “I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!”

I was so thrilled to find the exact Barbour jacket I wanted and even more so that I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received it by Monday. “Best customer service I have had in a long time. I usually hate trying on clothes in stores, but this was such a great experience. For once I left a fitting room confident and that’s all thanks to the associate that helped me. I believe their name was Andrea. They were very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about the different styles of jeans. Never in a million years would I have thought to try on the size that I did, and they actually fit perfectly! Payment experience was easy and welcoming as well. “Safi’s Fine Food is a staple of the Sandy Hill neighbourhood, with its owner delivering some of the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the menu caters to all tastes, complemented by an outstanding selection of home cooking products. I personally love their grilled chicken burger, which pairs great with their delicious fries. It’s also a great place to grab a coffee in the morning, should you require an expertly crafted latte. You would be doing yourself a disservice not to stop by and strike up a conversation with Safi himself, who truly values his customers and the community surrounding his fine establishment.”
“Very beautiful vintage store on the corner of somerset and Lyon in the heart of centertown. Locally run, locally sourced thrifted, vintage pieces. A little more on the expensive side. Has lots of formal pieces as well. Beautiful selection of dresses for a guest at a wedding, part of the wedding party, nye party, every day wear and everything in between. Love every piece I’ve bought from here. Jewelry and homeware is amazing as well.”

I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”
