I went in and spoke with the salesperson advising her what I was shopping for. She was helpful and friendly. Her customer service went beyond and she was knowledgeable on the different pants that were display.

The sales help at Cleo Trainyards is WONDERFUL. I drove in from Nepean to pick up the black jeans they were holding for me since they only had one of my size.
I do have a negative comment for Cleo head office however: on your website, please take down your announcement that there is a Cleo at College Square in Nepean. There is none, and it's confusing.
