This is a largely accessible space with consistently good work. The art descriptions could be slightly bigger to accomodate those with lower vision and using mobility devices. They are often hard to read.

A pleasant little surprise to be had. I was informed that it was going to take an hour for my number to be called, so i meandered through City Hall and found this. Some strange art, but something for everyone.

About City Hall Art Gallery
This municipal gallery displays contemporary artwork by local, national and international professional artists working in a variety of styles and media. Every two years, emerging and established artists and curators are invited to propose exhibitions, which are then selected by an independent peer assessment committee. Cette galerie publique expose des œuvres d’art contemporain réalisées par des artistes professionnels locaux, nationaux et internationaux ayant recours à différents styles et médias. Chaque deux années, des artistes et des commissaires émergents et établis sont invités à proposer des expositions, lesquelles sont ensuite sélectionnées par un comité d’évaluation par les pairs indépendant.
