There is one very rude employee i dont remember his name but he had a red dot in his forehead. I was doing delivery and he didnt wanted to give me a bag. Normaly they always put it in a bag when im delivering its company policy. Then he lied and said they didnt have bags anymore then after arguing he said it was 25 cent. Beside that all the other staff are ok never had any issue except this horrible creature.

Scammed me on door dash made my 28 dollar order 36 by replacing small candies with 4 dollar gum didn’t give me the right amount of chips and then when I complain they gave me $0.06 refund and called it a day . worst circle k In Ottawa by a long shot .

This Circle K is connected to an Esso gas station with a car wash. It also has a Tim Hortons Express (limited baked goods and basic drinks only, no "fancy" stuff like Ice Capps, sandwiches or potato wedges, lol) with a drive-thru. The store itself is on the small side, as is typical with gas station attached Circle K's. The selection at this location is minimal. They also only have a few Froster flavours and Polar Pop flavours. Also no hot food. Ok if you're in a pinch, but definitely not my favourite Circle K in terms of selection. Staff are friendly though. Many free parking spots.

Not open 24 hours. Walked over to get a late night snack and the doors were locked and no one was there. This has happened previously at this location where a delivery guy was there too and was upset he couldn't deliver the store their products.

Circle K Esso stores are usually very clean. Well this washroom smelled like old urine and just dirty in general and I think this is unacceptable due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Washrooms should have extra care taken to keep patrons safe. Very disappointing

Used the car wash with the "Soft Touch", the brushes that clean your rims scratched my rims in perfect circles. I talked with the manager, she assured me they would be in touch. She even took pictures of the PERFECT circular scratches it left on my alloy rims. To this date I have not heard anything. Do not use their soft touch as they could contain rocks and kill your rims, for me to repair my rims would cost me over $2,000.00 and replacements would be over $3000.00.

I went earlier in today at 10 am to purchase a prepaid visa and the young lady gave me a receipt with a reference number. I then tried to use my card but it didn't work so I called the number and they told me my card was not activated. I went back to the store to the same young lady and she said she did. By the way she was a bit rude and extremely tired, she wasn't concentrating well on the job. Because of this I think she didn't really activate my card. The customer service on the card told me to go back to the store and tell them to activate my card. I can't keep going because I have a baby, but I will try again tomorrow.
