The manager was so kind to me after I had a problem with the car wash. Great customer service!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They sold ice cream that had gone bad and then refused to refund. Claimed that "it hadn't expired yet", but that doesn't matter. If you leave milk out in the sun for an hour that's going bad before the expiry date.

new owner is not interested in my business. Been here 26 years go in twice a day for coffee and an energy bar or snack-usually at 5PM and 1am but no longer serving coffee at night and often cannot take a sale unless I pay cash from 12am to 5am. Figured I spend about $400 a month counting gas but they cannot serve me past 12am. Often it is locked or closed at this hour. The old owner was truly open 24 hours-no longer too bad now will have to go further down Merivale to get service.

This Circle K is attached to the Esso gas station. A few years ago, I had never even heard of Circle K and then, boom, they were everywhere! So I think all Mac's Convenience stores became Circle K's, and all Tiger Expresses attached to Esso Gas Stations became Circle K's too. This location was a Tiger Express. Circle K is a convenience store, and is similar to 7-Eleven, Quickie Mart, etc. Truth be told, I rarely go into these kind of stores because I find the prices more expensive than at pharmacies or supermarkets. I used to occasionally go for some Slurpees, Sloche, Slushies, or whatever they call them at that specific chain, but I've been trying to give up such unnutritious products, since they're essentially just ice, sugar and food colouring. I've been pretty indifferent to Circle K, but what has made me see them in a more favourable light is that amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic, they are offering free coffee and tea to healthcare workers and first responders (March 19 - April 16, 2020). It's a good marketing move, but also a nice gesture, which I appreciate. I likely won't take advantage of it, but I still think it's nice. The Esso that is attached to this Circle K has a car wash (touchless), so you can buy some snacks, gas up your car, and get your car washed all around the same place :)

Very poor service at night went there tonight to get milk I wasn't sure if they were open or not and I guess they lock there doors at night I looked in to see if the cashier was doing up his till because i didn't know if they were open or not anyways I pulled on the door again to see if it would open because of the hairy eyeballs the cashier was giving me which he continued to do as I went in I said hello no response very miserable if looks could kill they would of also I'm not from Ontario so I'm not familiar with the door locking at night but I will say I never had a problem before at this location during the DAY but I will take my business elsewhere where a simple hello back or even not the nasty looks does make the world of a difference to me
