“I only had to go to one place for a souvenir this time around. Normally I go to about 5-6. This place is filled with amazing clothes and souvenirs. The clothing is almost every average girl and boys closet dream. They have basic t-shirts long sleeve and short. They have hoodies and sweaters. Magnets and jewelry. “This review is really for TJX because the associates I dealt with at Southkeys Winners were not keen on listening to my issue and just handed me a business card to contact TJX. I had a $50 gift card with proof of purchase, that was declined and left my purchase behind. The process was time consuming as it underwent an investigation but TJX came through and provided me with a new gift card. I haven't used it yet but I assume it is good. A Manager had to be present to confirm my identity and collect the original gift certificate and receipt, she was very irritated and abrupt with the sales staff (who was very pleasant) and after collecting the appropriate info from me, she just left her staff and myself and went on to the next task. I expected some enthusiasm and maybe to hear "I am so happy we were able to resolve the issue" and maybe "have a great day" or "thank you for your business." The Manager showed no customer service skills, at least not that day. I am still giving 5 stars because I promised TJX I would!!!”

“I don't find Winners all it's cracked up to be in their advertising. Unfortunately what I typically see is a bunch of off label named overly expensive clothing. There are some good finds at Winners but they are few and far between.They have a nice variety of decor items for every room in my home. But the same issue appears here. Many items are over priced.”

You were out of stock, but lived close to another Toys R Us that had them. He picked them up and brought them back to St. Laurent the next day! What amazing service. “In my opinion, the stuff in this store is way better than the stuff in the regular Gap stores. More my style, at least. They carry a lot more classic basics rather than “trendy”-styled clothes. Store has a nice layout, staff is friendly.”

“Great clothing store. I Always stop by this place whenever I am in Ottawa.
They have all the OG streetwear brands that other stores don’t carry anymore (which is what I’m looking for). Great customer service, the older gentleman will help you with whatever it is that you’re looking for. They even knocked the price down for me by $10 when I bought two shirts there recently.”

“Amazing customer service by Dakota, went in there with no clue about strollers but she helped us by describing every feature and answered all our questions patiently. She helped us narrow down to the stroller and car seat we needed. I would definitely recommend going in to this store if you are not sure about strollers, car seats or baby products in general.”

“I visited the ZARA store and left with mixed feelings. The clothing and accessories are very stylish, and the selection is quite wide. However, during my entire time in the store, not a single employee approached me or offered assistance. This was really disappointing, as I would have liked to receive more information about the products and possibly some style advice. I hope that in the future, the service will be more attentive to customers.”
