I’m so annoyed at this place! I had paid for a ring and I sent it to get sized. They said it would take 2 weeks and it’s been 2 months! Every time I call they say the same thing, it will be ready soon…or we’ll let you know when it’s here..honestly it’s annoying, DEFINITELY NEVER going back, I will be shopping at another location.

Worst Customer Service Ever!
My partner and I went to check out a few things and use a gift card. Made the purchase with the help of an awesome guy and while waiting we decided to look at male bracelets. A lady came to help and was outright disrespectful. She offered us a black bracelet. He told her he was referring to the green bracelet not the black. Abruptly, she said she wasn't comfortable with our attitude and dashed the bracelet and walked away. None of the staffs could even offer an apology for her attitude or control the situation. We had to return the items.
Customer service is not for everyone. I don't feel comfortable doing business with Charm Diamonds again.

Horrible experience stay away these people have no idea what their doing so many things have gone wrong I don’t even want to get into details. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location!

Very bad experience. I don't know how the manager got this job. She doesn't even know how to talk to customers. I had a better expericence at peoples jewellers.

Horrible experience. I went in yesterday morning looking for a specific white gold double chain bracelet for my wife's birthday. The younger lady told me that they don't have any but they do have some silver ones that are nice. I proceeded to have a look and a couple caught my eye. One was $30 and the other was $50. My budget was way higher than that, so even though they weren't double bracelets they were still nice and they would do until I found the right one. The younger lady informed me that the $50 one can definitely be resized for free as it was too big. We proceeded to the cash and then the younger lady asks the older lady if it can be resized and the older lady says only if he buys the $30 warranty. Why would anyone want to pay an extra 60% for the warranty? So I declined and this is when I noticed the older lady getting frustrated so I informed her that I will be only taking the $30 bracelet. The older lady made sure to pass on to the younger lady the "no return" stamp to stamp my receipt. The whole time I felt like I was being talk down to and as if I was stealing something. After this interaction i visited all the other jewelry store's in the mall and ended up ordering a double braclet for $899 from People's jewelers. Please avoid this store, they have horrible customer service.

I wore a necklace from there for a whole year before the chain broke. And I had the lifetime warranty so I went back to get it fixed. First off it took one month to fix the chain, when I was told it would take two weeks. And the day after receiving the chain back it broke again. So I went back to the same-store and I told them that something happened again. And they berated me and called me an idiot and told me I didn't know how to take care of my jewelry. I was a little taken aback so I didn't say anything then, and I went on my way. I waited for the call for them to tell me it was fixed again. Once I got it back the second time and took it home. I took it out of the bag and it broke again. Not only did it break a third time. But I noticed where they had fixed the original brake on my silver jewelry, they used gold to get it back together. Horrible customer service by the older staff, the younger staff were super friendly, but the older staff are the one that berated me in front of everyone and call me an idiot and irresponsible, and how customers just never know how to take care of stuff it was unbelievable.
