I was looking for a pair of Jordan 3’s for my Birthday, and champs was our last place to check for my size. Savannah was great, they made sure to get us the help we needed and was very friendly and kind. My girlfriend and I will definitely shop again, just to see Savanah! :)

I’d like to give a give shout out to the manager Brian Wright the manager. He really went the extra mile in getting me my Jordan’s after a mix up. His customer service was off the charts and really focused on me the customer and gave me the best experience possible. Really looking forward to buying more shoes from the his store and I can’t wait for the Rideau Centre and New Sudbury Centre champs to get the best Jordan releases coming up because they really deserve it!!

Wont honor the corporate policy, had driven all the way from the East end to downtown to enter raffle. Garbage store with their garbage manager, do not recommend. I would give them 5 negative star if I can.

now i was there the big guy toon squad jersey and now i went there to see a shoe i saw online i showed it to the guy and they showed me the version they had and i showed my jordan tattoo than i went to talk to another worker and he said give him the price i had online and wow they did size 9 jordan shoe its awesome and this place rocks more friendly than footlocker and service 10 workers 10 all and all 10 :) thanks again and will be back sooner than later
