They had a massive selection of baby clothes that covered a wide spread of ages. The process were fair and the staff were nice and helpful. More than anything I found it to be very organized as opposed to some other clothing stores.

We order online and pick up at an available (local) store. If the item is not the right size or needs to be returned, you can do it at the store directly. There is no need to re pack merchandise and the hassle of posting them for returns and refunds.

Stopped by to get a refund due to a price match on a previous purchase of a child's snowsuit. You have 14 days at time of purchase so please watch the sales. I walked in and was treated most excellent by the 2 sales people at the counter and was on my way out. This is how a customer experience should be. Thanks ladies ❤️

Had an issue at a separate store then went here and the supervisor in charge I think named Layla maybe Lily was super helpful at helping me fix my problem! Will be returning again!

Came here to buy a friend's son a present and had no idea what to purchase. The girl at the cashier was SO nice to me. Helping me pick up the presents to take her newborn. I was super greatful and had such a nice experience. Would def recommend & return in the future.

Walked in here to buy my daughter an outfit for her birthday. Asked if I could bring the tags so I could walk out with my daughter wearing her birthday outfit. Was told by Lyla the supervisor I could if I brought the clothes to the front first so she could confirm the clothing/tag. I brought my whole daughter wearing the outfit to the cash instead, so it wouldn't be a hassle for my daughter to change in and out. This way she could still confirm that the tag was associated with said clothing (just on my daughter). Had trouble finding the tag on the one dress. Lyla made sure to let me know with ATTITUDE that she had specifically told me to bring the clothing to the front and that it wouldn't be hard to find if I did that. Yes, yes you did. You're right. What I didn't appreciate was your attitude and tone. Your lack of customer service. Your lack of respectful dialogue. Not okay to talk to your customers that way, and I am especially shocked that you are the supervisor Lyla. Hope your staff don't experience the same kind of treatment. Learn how to communicate with respect toward you customers and refrain from "calling them out" in front a crowd for not listening to you. Best luck to this establishment. You lost a customer.
