    Great customer service communications. They took care of everything, even my car rental. I'm waiting for my car to get fixed

    Not a bad overall issue. Good customer service and detailing towards the customer needs. Just the wait time is overdue. Their lounge experience is also good as one might have to wait for an extra time to get answers.
