Don't take your car here or demand that they don't wash it. My car is black so it's never been hand washed, only washed by touchless washing. It went in to get the rear bumper repaired, which they did a good job on. When I went to pick it up they were hand washing it.... it was full of a hazy looking film which they said was the hard water and that the would be no scratches. After having it washed to clean what they did, you could see all the swirl marks over the entire fkn car... A body shop should know how to wash a car (especially a black one) without running the whole fkn finish.... I'm fkn pissed... this is ask after being delayed a year waiting for the messenger to get back to me after checking out paint and saying they'd get the bumper in and painted and call me to come in and get it put on while I waited. The call never came and I found out they closed that shop without even getting in touch with customers.

Wow! Just wow! The manager abdulah was wonderful! Had a great experience. Very helpful and very informative. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a collision centre as they are only a collision centre and do wonderful work!

Have used this body shop three yrs ago with nothing but professionalisum and happy with the work they did for me in painting my hood and tailgate on my truck.Just left the business today for the last time.I went in at 4:20 pm. Manager said how can I help Sir. I said a quote please. Manager we dont do quotes after 4pm. I replied I drove from Kanata because I was happy here before.Manager : I can take pictures and email you quote tomorrow if you fill out form. I filled out form.We went outside I told him, need hood painted bumber cover and new wheel flares painted and installed.Manager: we only really do insurance claims mayber go to a custom shop.I told him I will never return, he did not care and went back in the building.Zero customer service condesending and clering no time for anyone other than a underwriter.I feel this business is under new management, as this was totally the opposite experience that I had the last time and did not reconize this manager.Service: Body & Trim

Not enough communication with customer regarding progress. I took my SUV to have body repair for an insurance claim and I was frustrated lack of communication and the efficacy of service. I was only about 90% satisfied with the actually repair and it took way too long to finally get my SUV back.
