Was not satisfied with finish product. Maybe it’s my fault for not being more detailed. But they printed with out me approving the print. They just stopped emailing me back. Then printed anyways. Now they did offer to replace the shirt but it’s for an event and there is no time to replace. I’ll go back but I’m holding their hands next time.

Carlos and his team are amazing to work with. They do their best to accomodate every deadline, their prices are fair, and the quality is there. I've worked with them for over 10 years now and I strongly recommend working with them if you are a small business owner.

I ordered a sweatshirt and paid for it on Nov 16 for a christmas present thinking I'll get in before the christmas rush and have it on time. Not a word from them till i reach out a little before christmas to find out they needed more info and noone bothered contacting me. Christmas passes and we are in the new year, still nothing. I went in person and was promised a few days. Its been three weeks since and today, Feb 9, i finally get the sweater, with mistakes. Truly I'm apalled by the lack of professionalism and sheer neglect from them, 3 months for 1 bloody sweatshirt.

Indescribably unprofessional. Seriously go find somewhere else. They kept my stuff for so long emailing me back and fourth with info on how it would look and then last minute emailed "we are unable to embroider. Sorry for the inconvenience." Take your chances somewhere else. A skill anyone can learn, just DIY what you want.
