I ordered a sweatshirt and paid for it on Nov 16 for a christmas present thinking I'll get in before the christmas rush and have it on time. Not a word from them till i reach out a little before christmas to find out they needed more info and noone bothered contacting me. Christmas passes and we are in the new year, still nothing. I went in person and was promised a few days. Its been three weeks since and today, Feb 9, i finally get the sweater, with mistakes. Truly I'm apalled by the lack of professionalism and sheer neglect from them, 3 months for 1 bloody sweatshirt.

Indescribably unprofessional. Seriously go find somewhere else. They kept my stuff for so long emailing me back and fourth with info on how it would look and then last minute emailed "we are unable to embroider. Sorry for the inconvenience." Take your chances somewhere else. A skill anyone can learn, just DIY what you want.

Carlos and his team have printed out several art pieces for me. They have done a fantastic job and check with me if unsure before going ahead. All my finished pieces have been on top quality paper (recommended by Carlos depending on the piece) and to perfect dimension. Next day (or even same day service) and very reasonable prices. Always delivered with a smile and expert advice. I can't recommend Carlos Graphics more highly if you need a special job.

I’ve had a great experience here. I’ve been getting apparel items from them for about a year and every time it’s done quickly and it’s very good quality and always exceeds my expectations.
