Customer Service desk is a joke. Directional maps are not properly oriented to reality, asked customer desk for help and told to walk around the mall because it's a circle. Mall is ok otherwise, a bit tired, phone kiosks seem to be managed by bullies.

This was a total surprise, this was the first time in several years I had been there. A wide range of quality shops like Champs, Rikkis and all the cell phone providers.
The mall was clean and very nicely renovated. It was a pleasant surprise.
My son and I stopped into DB's in the food court and enjoyed a poutine and a hotdog.
Overall excellent experience at Spirit Halloween and the mall.

Nice mall with plenty of parking, Food court getting expensive though and never seem busy. But with Canadian tire there now you can find everything you need.

My recent visit was deeply disappointing and concerning. There were dozens of unruly teenagers causing disturbances and intimidating visitors, especially the elderly, with no security in sight to address the situation. I even witnessed some of them openly stealing from the Dollar Store, seemingly without any fear of consequences. It feels like the city is changing, showing signs of big-city problems with a lack of control and policing. The overall atmosphere felt unsafe and chaotic, leaving me uneasy throughout the visit. It’s unfortunate to see such a decline in broader issues in the city.
