They never answr the phone and service lady was rude and hung up not even trying to get on line. Could of been better if they picked up instead of being inconvenient. We want conveince that's why I call because I'm busy as well though service is busy they can just answer and tell us to call back or something. I called back again and again and still no answer.

I chose this collision centre only because its website states that it is the only collision centre in Ottawa certified by Mazda Canada. Therefore, I brought my Mazda 2022 to fix a small dent on the door there. They did a shoddy job. Firstly, they did not blend properly and the difference in shade is very noticeable. Secondly, for some reason, they removed the rocker molding below the door, brock clips, and could not properly install it back. It was the worst body shop work I have ever experienced. Don't go to this one and the only body shop certified by Mazda Canada. Their prices are exorbitant but the quality of work is very poor.

Very disappointment service, called on Monday, a guy told me I could come in on Friday of the same Week. Then I called again on Wednesday to double check on my appointment, a lady told me there was never an appointment booked, and the next available spot would be three weeks later. Ask for a email or text confirmation after you booked an appointment, or they might just cancel it without any notice.

Steve and Katelin are both wonderful to deal with. Things are very busy with this collision center and it was explained that appointments take some time to get here. The work we waited for was expertly done, and at market value. The repairs we had done make our car look like the day we drove it off the lot.

From the experience at the front desk, to the care the staff take in helping you understand the actual issues with your vehicle, they’ve been professional, accommodating and understanding of client needs. We’ve dealt with them for an insurance claim and they have been top notch.

We had really bad experience with this collision center, we Brought our car to get the repair done and paid the deposit of the repair 3 months ago and was told that repair will only take about one or two weeks. After waiting for 3 weeks without hearing anything back we contacted them about the status and was told that most of the parts have arrived and waiting for one more part, and said they are fully booked until late November to perform repairs on our vehicle which was never mentioned when we paid the deposit in end of July. After requesting for earliest appointment they said they can do on mid October, we patiently waited till October as you can expect sometimes delays happens due to supply chain shortages as i also work in retail that was totally understandable but when we went back there in October 12th to drop off our vehicle they said exactly like this "no parts means no appointment " we felt so bad trusting this collision center this is not the answer you expect as they never did any communication like what's going on and no updates or status given during this time period. We called hyundai dealers and they siad parts are available so i had to get my money back and went to different body shop where they already booked me for the repair and ordered parts right away.very disappointing we had waited for 4 months without getting our repair done. They didn't do any efforts to find the parts when we went for our appointment then they started calling around for the parts. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I wish i can give 0 star instead of 1 .I don't know how they are giving customer services, my insurance company asked to replace part with aftermarket part so they told me they will order and let me know but after waiting for 2 months I have to follow up with them and then they told me because of shortage in market its not available so if you want new part then we can order it and i cant believe it gonna cost me just $100 more but they never inform me . Atleast if they informed me about new parts i can make decision and not spent thousands $ of rental car just for $100.
