Why 5 stars. Good service, personalized. I just bought size 14 winter boots. Not ugle last pair ones. But he had a selection. Also had runners in size 16. So stop running around and just go in and experience 1 stop shopping.

Excellent selection of well-made shoes. I was taking my mother, who is very anxious, shopping and the staff made her feel comfortable, not rushed, and she left with a pair she loved.

The ladies running the store were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very welcome to try things on and to search for the perfect shoe. And they carried a lot of 42s, the largest selection that I have found in Ottawa!

I bought two pairs of ankle boots here. Really good selection of beautiful shoes. Personally, I have never seen anything like this anywhere else in the city.

Best women's shoe store in Ottawa, IMHO. Amazing shoes/boots in incredible colours and patterns that put your footwear head and shoulders above the rest. Incredibly comfortable styles, many from Europe. No need to walk a mile in someone else's shoes when you can walk so comfortably in your own. Friendly, helpful staff. ❤️

It's a shame this store has been hidden away in a dying mall, because the shoes are fantastic (stylish, unique, extremely well-made) and the owner is one of the nicest people. Highly recommended.

Best women's shoe store in Ottawa, IMHO. Amazing shoes/boots in incredible colours and patterns that put your footwear head and shoulders above the rest. Could not believe the help and service that I got today. My right foot is a "disaster° with a bunion, a hammer toe and a corn... yep, right!! And last week the bunion suffered a bad bout of gout... !! However I did come home with 3 pairs of shoes.. perseverance but more importantly a wonderful person who took the time to find me just what I needed!PS. Only wish that I could fit into some of the other fabulous shoes... !!

This is the most amazing shoe store for selection and I wear a size 11. The staff are super helpful. I had to control myself and only buy one pair but will be a returning customer!
