“Rented a Toyota Corolla for two weeks in May 2024, then a Kia Forte from July 5th to August 5th 2024.
Very personable staff and cars in great shape. This is a fair and reputable establishment. I've rented a few times from this location this past year, and everything has gone smoothly every time. The team has also been flexible when I had changing circumstances that required car extensions and the like.
Ibrahim is a natural manager and easy to work with. Was very impressed with the Avis team here and will definitely return when needed in Ottawa!”
