“I had Auto Glass replace the windshield on my 2020 van. The service was punctual, professional, and on-budget. They used Fuyao, which I looked up and found to be an OEM brand. I had some calibration issues (lane assist function) afterwards, which I brought to Mario's attention. He arranged for more calibration work to be done at the dealership. When that failed repeatedly, Mario had a crew come to my driveway to replace the new windshield. The calibration went smoothly afterwards. I understand that a faulty windshield that interferes with calibration is very atypical, as I'm sure they lost money on my repair (two windshields and many hours at dealership). Despite the inconvenience, I gave them five stars for being extremely responsive and for standing behind their work till customer satisfaction is achieved.”
