Great customer service! They were able to do a paint match for me based off of very tiny paint chips and it was perfect! Got the sample size and it was just what I needed!

Very nice store and incredibly helpful staff. However was not able to find any of the items I wanted to purchase. 60th anniversary sale and store didn't stock any of the flyer items I was looking to purchase this is the third home hardware I've been to and not one store had any items from flyer in stock.

This location offered some of the best customer service I've ever received. There are super kind and patient staff who go above and beyond to assist you here. Edmund was extremely helpful and happy to brainstorm with me to come up with ideas to 'macgyver' kitten-proof installations for my home while I fostered a mother cat and her babies.
On other occasions, staff were patient advising me on how to perform d.i.y home repairs for the first time. This spot continues to be my favorite go-to for any hardware needs. Thanks for awesome service! :-)

Best customer service !! I was looked after by a 20 year veteran employee who helped me figure out the best options for my purchase. Felt like great old school customer care and real community vibe to the store.

‼️the store exists but not where the google maps is pointing. It’s close tho not to far maybe 1-2 blocks away but the store is nice I guess just google has you going to the wrong spot! Edit: it’s in second ave across the street from where it’s saying it is.
