I got kicked out by security because they thought i was stealing by testing out product absolutely a disgrace and would not recommend anyone to test out anything because you will be kicked out. I wish there was less then 1 star to give. Don’t reply to this message like you do to the rest copying and pasting ??????????

Worst canadian tire on earth.Customer service is non existent3 times in 3 weeks came in on a Saturday morning. 3 times NO service at plumbing, no service for key cutting, no service at party city kiosk. What makes it worse is that we go to customer service they call for someone and all the kids working just stand aroud nchit chatting g.

The front desk of the auto services is sooooo unhelpful. We came here for 3 times. First time (Sunday) the cashier said they don’t have mechanical person so we need to get back on Monday to Saturday. Second time they said they dont have person for us to fix the problem. And the third time they said it’s a easy fix but then they told me to fix by myself. I know nothing about cars so that’s why I ask for help when my car has problem. It’s so ridiculous, Canadian tire is supposed to help their clines fix their cars problem, but now they are asking me to fix by myself??? I will recommend anyone if your car get a problem just don’t come to this Canadian tire, they really are not helpful at all. I am really disappointed???

Yesterday, a customer spoke to a clerk, and I patiently waited for them to finish. I then excused myself and asked for a voltage converter. The customer wasn’t happy that I was talking to the clerk, even though they were done talking. He then walked out and said, “You’re an idiot.” We didn’t know who he referred to, me or the clerk. I was stunned. Another customer heard him and asked me what happened. He then chased the person and reported it to the manager. His actions moved me since I couldn’t defend myself from the rude customer. I am thankful for the manager who took action and didn’t tolerate that kind of behaviour and also for the other customer who stood up and reported the incident.

was asked rudely to put my backpack at the front of the store and the man followed closely behind me (not more than 1 step away) until I dropped it off. I was not there to steal, infact I spent over $100 on merchandise. It did not feel good to have someone accuse you of being a potential thief. I would have been happy to comply but the tone was very rude and accusing. This is not a policy at any other Canadian Tire, so it is a bit ridiculous. I saw another lady carrying a large purse, so I am not sure if they were racial profiling me. A sign needs to be put up at the entrance if this store insists on having this rule.
