Younger staff are very nice every time I go, older gentlemen (who had to deal with an irate customer just before me) was incredibly rude to me when I asked him a question. It was not my fault that he has a customer service job and has to deal with the public!

Every time I go there, people there is always friendly and handle my packages efficiently. Koodo to Tanya and all the staff.
