I went there on September 4, 2024, to buy some cellphone stands. An associate by the name of Najeem was helpful in locating some. He was very friendly and was not intimidating to approach if you required any assistance.
When I went to check out, Michelle was the cashier. He had a great smile and was very personable. Also, he was more than happy to give me extra free plastic bags when I requested extras.
Overall, my experience at Canada Computers at the Ottawa Downtown location was great, and I would definitely go there again.

Had a Dell Alienware under warranty that after being serviced by Dell, had lots of severe issues so I brought it here.
Very rapidly, they figured out that Dell got a fair amount of wiring wrong and fixed it all up and was 100% operating fine. They updated some drivers at the same time.

I went to Canada Computers on a mission to find a Type-C Adapter for my phone. I couldn't believe that they actually had them in stock. There were two left, so I bought them.
I spoke with three store employees while I was there and the service was impeccable. The people new what they were talking about and one employee actually stated that they were not very experienced in a specific field. I could always appreciate honesty while shopping.
I will definitely go back to this store. You should at least check it out. It is worth your time!

Could not get a rush order, although the manager was kind enough to refund me for the rush fee. So far miles better than Bill and Dave, who you should avoid at all costs. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Picking up my computer tomorrow, hoping for good things.

This place has great staff, super friendly and answered all of my questions. I talked with Tony on the phone and he was able to recommend thermal paste, pads, and proper steps for cleaning. All around 10/10 thank you guys!
