Campbell Ford the worst customer experience I have ever had with service After bringing in my f150 for a recall. the very next time i go to use it, it would not start, the battery was dead, the caps were blown off, it would not take a charge. i had to have it towed back to the dealer. I have owned this truck new for two years with no issues, no problems. until i went for the recall. they indicated there were no issues, they replaced the battery and said it was good to go. the battery now is never more than 12.4 volts. i charged the battery fully and it still draws down to 12.4 volts. A new battery should be a minimum of 12.7 volts, ask any battery dealer. i called the dealer back, they said as far as they are concerned the repairs have been done, and the low battery is my opinion not theirs and it does not matter.

Hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had. If you want to have your service appointments scheduled for 6 months from now and then just have it moved further out, you have come to the right place. I tried to get them to fix a security recall I had on my clutch for over a year to no avail. Just scheduling my first appointment was impossible. The service representative Allison Kearney was impossible to deal with. She didn't answer my emails or my calls on the first try, only when I escalated the issues. After finally scheduling my first appointment, I was told that I needed to bring my vehicle in for an inspection so they could order the parts. They kept my car for the day, inspected it, and then scheduled an appointment to have the clutch fixed and my brake fluid hose fixed a month from then. After bringing in my car, they let me know that the brake fluid hose was fixed but that I will have to come back to have the clutch fixed because they have one employee that works on manual transmissions and he is too busy changing tires on cop cars. They said they would have to schedule my appointment 5 months from then. When I said that it was a security recall, she answered with "well you've been driving with it this far". The most unprofessional comment I had ever heard until they topped themselves later on. Her colleague Dwayne then joined in and told me that it was the only way. He also mentioned that it could take more than a day so that I should call a week in advance to ensure that they could get me a rental car. I wait the 4 months and 3 weeks and give Allison a call to lock down the rental car a week in advance. She lets me know that I have to call a day in advance, not a week. I oblige and I call in the morning, a day in advance. She lets me know that I have to call at the end of the day, not in the morning. When I call at the end of the day, she lets me know that she cannot get me a rental car. I can still drop my car off for my service appointment, I just will not have a car for an undetermined amount of time. At this point I have had enough and I let her know that I was told to call a week in advance to ENSURE I would have a rental. She then tells me she will try another rental place and will call me back. Half an hour later, I get a phone call from Dwayne. He immediately says that we have to push back my service appointment because they have to order the part. I say "How did we go from me not having a rental to having to push my service appointment AGAIN?". He says that normally, cars are brought in for inspection before ordering the parts so if I came in for my appointment I would just be "pissed off anyway". I let him know that my car has already been inspected and that the part should have been ordered months ago. He says that they only have one person that works on manual transmissions and that he's working on cop cars... The same excuse as last time. I told him that the parts should have already been ordered, so what kind of assurance do I have that if the appointment is moved back yet again, that the parts will be ordered? He said "That's life buddy, nothing is guaranteed. If the guy that works on the transmissions dies tomorrow, we're all fucked". At this point I cannot believe what I am hearing over the phone. You can't guarantee that you can perform a service on an appointment that has been rescheduled 4 times over a year? And now you are insinuating that your employee can die? Avoid this place at all costs.

I can only speak to my experience,I have dealt with James (Finance Manager) and Ken Moore (Salesman). After 3 months of shopping from dealership to dealership this is the most honest and straightforward dealing team i've encountered. I would 10/10 recommend dealing with them in the futre if you need a vehicle.Until soon!

Don't even get me started with this place. Stay away from salesman Bill, Simon and some guy who calls himself a manager, Phil. Never, and I mean never step your foot into this place. The owner has no communication ability, and has no community presence. I'm surprised they are still open for business.

Waiting 6 months without any updates !Worst customer service! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS LOCATION!In July My car's back seats accidentally ripped in 2 different small parts! Since I bought a brand new car with a warranty package, I took my car to this location for repair ! I shouldn't have to do this again. It took 3 months for they to contact the warranty company and more 3 months they took time to give me updates to I know when they can repair the seat cover for me. Since I paid for a warranty when I bought the car, they don't care how long I'm waiting for they call, they don't answermy call and when I leave a msg. They don't get back to me even. And I have to contact the dealer that I bought my car from him,to follow up on this issue!I don't know why I'm waiting for 6 months, if they don't know how to repair the seats the better let me know so I don't waste my time and I could take my car to another location.Very unprofessional they are not responsible about their job. And very easily they disrespect the customers . I don't know how even this service part exists. I'm going to file a complaint about this issue with OMVIC since from first this vehicle had many problems when I bought it As a brand new one, (like Pulling the steering wheel hard to the right side on the highway and I could die because a massive truck was on my right side ) and no one took responsibility for it and the noise that happened after service visit, and instead of fixing the problems they added some more technical issues to my vehicle (related to last review ) .

I've recently purchased a ford explorer from this dealership , and as soon as I walked in I was greeted politely and was treated respectfully by staff . I was offered a coffee while I was waiting to speak to someone to purchase a vehicle. I have dealt with a sales rep by the name of Vahid Salmanzadeh, he's a very respectful gentleman that helped me purchase my vehicle. He covered everything I needed to know before and after the test drive. He answered all my questions about this vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before purchasing this vehicle. He offered phenomenal service and I was very satisfied!. I highly recommend anybody who is looking to Buy a vehicle to visit him.

This is the only dealership I deal with for sales and service. I just bought a F150 from Joe Romano, he was honest, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I take my wife’s escape for service and deal with Brooke, she’s just as helpful and understanding. Always a great experience. Thanks guys!!

Campbell Ford made a huge difference in my vehicle purchase. I had gone elsewhere initially and put a down payment on something I was told to pick up 5 days later. Two weeks had gone by and I was left with no answers (and no vehicle - timing was a huge influence on the sale). I went into Campbell Ford to see if they had something similar. They did but the GM and sales rep said it wouldn’t be coming for about 6-12 weeks given the Ford plant strike, as no deliveries had gone out for weeks. I was in shock, considering the other dealership was just going to tell me “we’ll give you an update as soon as we have it” each day that passed, knowing about the plant strike situation. I was very hesitant about this huge purchase, which the initial dealership knew and had assured me that they wanted to be honest every step of the way so I was comfortable with the purchase. The lies and manipulation to buy a brand new vehicle that day were unbelievable.I told Campbell Ford the situation and they were completely honest with me. I pulled out of the sale from the other Ford dealership and brought my business here instead. Vahid helped me through every step of the way to find me what I wanted. He was accommodating, always available, and not to mention, extremely nice! Steve was also very helpful. Once we went ahead to speak to financing, Simon broke down all of the charges and was extremely honest during the final steps, which is not something you see a lot at a dealership. The transparency was really important to us. You will leave feeling confident in the sales process at Campbell Ford!Thank you so much Vahid for your help! We will always be returning customers to Campbell Ford.

Their service department does not know how to disgnose simple issues. My car was making a howling noise and it was pretty obvious that it was one of the wheel bearings. These guys couldn't diagnose a simple issue and went on to blame the tires. I told them to arrange tires to test it again but they kept my car for 2 weeks and couldn't test different tires on it. Their service advisor, service manager and foremen all stood by their word and said it was the tires making the noise. I reported 2 other noises, which turned out to be common noises for this car and took just 1 minute of listening but the service advisor asked me to pay $140 for each of the issues I reported (3 issues). Anyway, cutting the story short, I went to another Ford dealer, they replaced my right side rear wheel bearing in just 2 days and the noise was completely gone. Campbell Ford made me look like a fool, wasted too much of my time, kept my car for more than 2 weeks and tried to be thieves. Please learn to diagnose simple issues and train your foremen before making absurd and pathetic assumptions. I am never ever going even close to this incompetent and unprofessional dealership.

Horrible customer service and the worst service department.Avoid this place as much as possible! With first oil change small piece of paint on hood was missed. I can’t tell enough how they’re careless.I got brand new vehicle a year and half ago! After a year i went there for recall , oil change and the missing paint .After 3 days I finally got a call that I can pick up my vehicle. When I arrived to my parking after opening the hood , i saw a horrible accident that they could make . The water pomp was empty and the coolant was exploded and splashed all over the hood (check the photo ) and when I pressed the gas pedal ,there was wired noise when the rev counter is going up to 2 .and misfire was happening.I called them and no one responded and I had to go there for emergency issued.I left my car for 5 days and they couldn’t find the noise problem reason and the manager started to speak very rudely on the phone and he blamed on me for the problem and he told me that the noise is normal and I didn’t paid attention before . He tried to charge me for the mistake that they did, and for the work that they didn’t even bothered themselves for it.Finally I got my bronco sport back after long argument with manager .the noise was there they just filled the water tank and coolant. The mess was there and they didn’t bothered to clean it up.I had to call to follow up the noise and book an appointment , the Brooke had very rude conversation with me and cut off the phone while we were speaking. Literally no one wants do their job currently and no one is responsible. I dropped of my car again there and they did nothing for few days except cleaning up their mess inside the hood. and again they wasn’t responsible for the problem that they caused for my bronco. Hamza the manager believed that other broncos have the same noise and we tried the other bronco and there was no noise . I doubt if they have professional technician .They broke my new vehicle instead of fixing it. The noise is there and the engine is not working constantly . can’t speed up the car without misfire . My bronco is not functioning well after the first visit with service part .Please if you respect yourself and your vehicle avoid this place .

The team at Campbell Ford did a great job and everyone is always willing to help! Definitely a 5 star rating as the whole experience was flawless.

“Good people. Straight talk.” - Had a done deal to get a new truck today, travelled 1000km, spouse and I took 2 days off work, two nights at a hotel to pick up new Lightning ⚡️- receive a call 1.5 hours before we arrive that it’s not ready. Arrive from NB and its hood is fully damaged from a hail storm TWO WEEKS AGO. We began speaking with the salesman AFTER that time. At no point was this shown or mentioned to us. Most likely intended to replace the hood, which would reduce value by $6000-$7000 on a subsequent trade-in. Sales man and sales manager both conveniently not in the office. Absolutely unreal and unethical behaviour.
