Great customer service by Amber in parts, she held onto a part I required for my Chevy Cruze up until almost their closing time. I really appreciate the fact that they lookout for their clients.

If you go here, ask for Jeff. We weren't able to get the part I needed for my old '97 GMC K1500, but he tried his best to help me out and point me in the right direction. Great guy.

Attentive service and responsive. Nathan Knelsen is great if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

John Manuel is the big loser I've ever met ... I left my car for a service and they trashed the inside of my car charged me $150 just to tell me that my transmission was "pooched" and my warranty wouldn't cover a $6000 quote they gave me they refused to give me a loaner and I had to spend money on Ubers all week . I didn't believe them so I took my car into b&n trans and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in one day $780 .. these people are pot scum and are the greasiest people around John manuel can kick rocks and go back to whatever troll cave he came from what a loser I can't say anything good about that guy just a pure goof... idk how that guy looks himself in the mirror every day god that must suck to be him I highly recommen never trusting these people and do not listen to anything they say they have no idea what they're talking about

Dropped off my SUV for work last month & picked it up a few days later. Staff were friendly & all, but when I picked up my vehicle one of the center caps was missing. I immediately notified the staff who acknowledged the missing part & said they'd find it and return it to me. got a phone call the next day saying they can't find it but would order a replacement one. 3 weeks later - nothing. No replacement part, no calls or emails. After spending $1700 on service, I'd have expected my vehicle to have the same number of pieces on it as when I dropped it off !

I went to Myers on Baseline on June 15 because the weather stripping on the doors of my car had failed and water was pooling in the back seat. Nearly $300 later I was assured the problem had been solved. I was also advised I would need to purchase a barometer, which would cost approximately $600 before labour. I found the part for my car for $60 or less at several other locations, so I was rather disappointed by the TEN TIMES markup I was quoted. On July 1 I found water in the rear foot wells again, approximately 1.5" deep. On July 5 I called Myers to discuss the issue, and was forwarded to a voicemail. On July 10 I called again and left a second voicemail. It's now July 22 and neither call has been returned. Not only was the issue that I paid to have fixed not resolved, but Myers can't be bothered to return my phone calls. I am extremely disappointed by this organization and will not hesitate to recommend friends, family members, and complete strangers run as far as they can away from these people. It should not be considered acceptable business practice to quote prices $550+ more than what they actually cost, charge several hundred dollars to not fix issues, and ignore repeated phone calls. I personally would be ashamed if this were my business.

Basic service seems very expensive, and it always seems like they are recommending additional work that isn't necessary. Going to try and find an independent garage.
