Superb service from Mister Tim, came in with an odd bulb, Mister found the perfect replacement. I was in and out in 4 minutes. I Highly recommend it.

After going to five stores to find a certain light bulb, it was recommended that I try Buchanan lighting. As soon as i arrived Tim knew right away what I needed and had it in stock. Quick and easy. Very cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Prices were very reasonable and they are more than happy to provide you with a return and refund if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. Can’t say enough good things about this business. It is rare these days to see this type of extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend Buchanan and will be back to see them if I have any other lighting needs!! 5 stars all the way!!! Keep up the fantastic job you are all doing there!!!

These guys really know lights. Their knowledge, guidance & expertise is highly valued. You may pay a bit more than the big box stores but the few extra coins is well worth it. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

They know their stuff!Hadn't realized a fixture I bought during a reno required a specialty bulb. Couldn't find it online, in store, etc. Went into Buchanan, guy behind the counter looked at it for 2 seconds and said "Yeah, I have that!" 90 seconds after going in, I was going out with exactly the bulb I needed.

Buchanan has been my go to store for probably 30 years or so. That says it all. I keep coming back 'cuz they know their stuff and look after every one of my client's lamping needs. Great place, great people, great stuff!
