This is what a shoe store should be. Beautiful selection of shoes but most of all, the staff. Everyone was so friendly and they all worked as a team to help us out. My daughter and I both bought shoes we loved but made a mistake with sizes and had to exchange for a smaller size. It was embarrassing but the staff members just laughed with us and we got it straightened out no problem. And they were super busy at the time. Just efficient and welcoming. We will be back next time we roll thorough Ottawa. Thanks guys ❤️

Darcy Smallenberg didn't respect me, she spoke to me out loud, she didn't listen to me for feedback even though I've been a customer for 6 years. Darcy Smallenberg a racist person she contacted all the brouns stores to say they did not accept the return of my item as soon as I went to another brouns store a person informed me that Darcy Smallenberg just called to mention not accept my return.

Two employees working the register told me I HAD to sign up with my email address to get a receipt, even when I said I didn’t want to give them my info and just wanted a paper receipt. They said it wasn’t optional but assured me I wouldn’t get any promo emails. Lo and behold, I’m getting promo emails. Are the employees getting a commission for this or something?? Very irritating.

You have some impolite Workers at your rideau shop. Really rude and unprofessional. Never going back to the Browns Rideau, I’d rather go to another Browns then the Rideau one. Trash.

I recently visited Browns and I was looking for heels for my sister. The second I walked into the store I was greeted by an associate named Seth. He was absolutely amazing and so genuine. Seth went out of his way to print us a piece of paper with all the stores that had the heels we were looking for since the one we wanted was sold out. He also gave us another paper with the SKU number of the heels and instructions on how to order it in case we couldn’t go to the other Browns location.He also tried to help us find alternatives that we might actually like rather than giving us random heels. I was shocked at the fact he actually listened to what we wanted, which is pretty rare. We went to other stores in the mall and they weren’t as helpful. They didn’t really listen to the criteria we wanted. My sister and I truly appreciated the fact he was genuine and listened to us.Big shout out to Seth, keep up the good work!
