We wanted to write this review to say how well we were treated by Victoria at Bouclair in the Trainyards two times in a row now, in 2024. We came in looking for help with an issue we had with a lamp, and she was amazing to work with. How lovely it is to have someone genuinely care about how to help you, and do it with charm and grace. Very refreshing and uplifting to be treated well. We will always make this store our choice when shopping for the lovely items at Bouclair. All because of Victoria's lovely attitude. Thank you Victoria.

Very misleading on the 1 day delivery promise. Ordered and paid, then the next morning the notice is sent the item won’t be delivered with no future arrival date yet..

I placed an order on Monday - which indicated clearly next day pick up at store. I didn’t receive any confirmation of arrival so followed up Wednesday only to find out they didn’t have any information on my order referring me to customer service. Called customer service said they would follow up with warehouse and have a quick response. Nothing. 4 hours later (as I need the items) I call back. Sat on hold for 25mins. Only to then finally get through and be told my items are shipping from the warehouse and will be 2-3 weeks. What?! So I ask to speak to a manager to hopefully resolve this issue and my request is denied, that this doesn’t “warrant” speaking with a manager. Should any concern not warrant speaking with a manager if the customer service team can’t resolve it? Best part is - as I continued to request a manager - the girl HANGS UP on me. Brutal. Now I have to call back and sit on hold AGAIN to cancel the order. 0 stars

Displays are not very attractive. Too much merchandise cramped into too small a space.

The staff were very helpful and the prices are good. Not really enough floor space, so it's hard to navigate using a mobility device. The person serving me didn't know how to give me access to the ATM (to pay with debit). All staff need to know that.

We went yesterday to buy curtains and lamps, we only found one package of the curtains we wanted and the sales associate looked everywhere for us to find others as he had more listed in his inventory and was convinced they had to be somewhere and didn’t give up until they were found. Also, he was just super nice and fun to talk to!

I placed an order for counter stools, to find out that it was cancelled. I called customer service to place the order again, as I received a Black Friday discount, which is now expired, and spent 4 hours and 5 minutes waiting patiently in the queue for my turn. Finally when it was my turn, an agent answered the phone, and hung up. I wasted half of my day trying to get in contact with someone. Unbelievable customer service, I have never had to wait that long simply to get a customer service agent on the phone.

I love browsing Bouclair online for inspiration. I rarely shop here, but I saw an item that I was interested in, and decided to head over to the trainyards location to snag it up.This is a smaller store, so I walked in with the fam, walked to the back of the store, and found the item I wanted. We weren't greeted or asked if we needed help, although there were sales associates on the floor making their rounds asking if other customers needed help. Again, I rarely shop here so I do not have any product knowledge, so if a sales associate did greet me I would have loved to engage in a conversation about the room that I am in the middle of styling, and potentially would have spent more money here.I headed to the cash. I was asked for my email to get started with the transaction, secondly for my postal code after the item was rung up. FYI, you do not have to provide that information! I understand companies wanting to collect data to understand their customer and to send them emails/coupons, but it's a hard pass for me. Tip: I always make up a fake postal code on the spot.The vibe of the store: leaning on a little too pretentious for me. Although the decor is nice, I never leave this store feeling good.
