Very unprofessional workplace, workers are kissing and not serving customers. THEY need to be fired asap! Why are you paying couples to work together and not get work done? Super unprofessional that they’re kissing at the desk infront of all the customers, “UPDATED” workers are spamming me on my socials begging for the review to be deleted.

I was just at the st Laurent location in ottawa (left around 5:30pm, aug 19, 2022.)I was really not impressed with my experience. I wasn’t proactively greeted, had to interrupt the senior staff member’s conversation in order to get help several times (so sorry to interrupt) and when I was in the fitting room no one checked up on me even once, despite the fact I could have used help. Meanwhile I could hear all three staff members Including the one I deemed to have seniority all chatting at the cash area. I had half a mind to walk out without purchasing anything but I l did st least want to get a t shirt. When I reached the cash, I was being sarcastic and said, “you guys must be pretty busy.” And instead of taking reading into this cue and asking if I needed anything or any help, the supervisor simply said, “yeah actually we were.” I didn’t even expect to be a outright validated for how I felt but the opportunity wasn’t even taken to redeem herself. My response was “I’m sure you were”, and I went to the cash. The manager just walked away.Rest of the staff had the courtesy to pretend nothing happened and to check me out politely, allowing her to save face and remove herself quietly.

They sent 2 different sized shoes in the same box. They said in order to get the correct size I need to come into the store to exchange, they will not ship to me or accept me shipping the shoes back for a refund. I live over an hour away from the closest store so its a little frustrating.

one of the last places left in ottawa to get a good pair of skate shoes. While prices remain a little high you can't really complain because prices are high everywhere right. Staff is usually pretty nice and the store is always very clean.
