bruh the staff here have personal issues ?(got a feeling one or two of em were being racist). I'm curious if they pay em well given that everything here is priced above average and barely goes on a good sale!

Customer service was terrible. My friend and I went in the store and one of the workers rolled her eyes when she saw us I didn’t take it personally, and kept shopping later we asked if they had the LSU hoodie in a medium and the later rolled her eyes once again and said “ Ugh it’s right there” and stomped over like there was no tomorrow. Later my friend decided she was going to buy the hoodie so we went to pay and receive the eye roll and attitude. We payed after her rolling her eyes and giving attitude trying to be nice but was very hard when we were being treated so poorly. Will not be returning until this lady learns how to act towards customers.

Went in because we saw the sunglasses from outside. The quality was terrible and we didn't look around further because of how badly the store smelled. Like a men's locker room. Disgusting.

I have visited Tanger Boathouse a few times now and the staff have been wonderful. They are kind, attentive without over stepping and help me find great items. Much better experience than the Bayshore counterpart, will go here from now on

I recently lost 60 pounds and finding clothes and shopping always use to be a uncomfortable experience for me. But coming in to the store yesterday all the staff made me feel very comfortable and I had a enjoyable experience! 10/10 would recommend coming back!

I usually don’t complain, however I was appalled by the customer service I experienced when visiting today. All of the staff had an extremely poor attitude and looked miserable. My boyfriend and I were looking at some clothes and I put down one pair of pants, which I had folded. The employee yelled across the store to give it to her so she can refold it, in the rudest tone. I would never put anything back messy, and she made a big deal and was very rude for absolutely no reason. I was actually astonished by this, as i’ve never been treated so poorly in a store before for no reason. After getting yelled at and dirty looks given to us by this employee, we went to check out and her attitude was still extremely poor. I would’ve walked out and not boughten anything however my boyfriend did want a shirt so we purchased it. When we were checking out, she continued to have an extremely rude tone and I have never been so disgusted with this kind of service. Will definitely not be returning to this location.

The worst customer service in the Outlet. No staff has the key for fitting room.When you ask question,they told you they can not answer and it's their break time. Staff like to teach customer how to do things. Rude and lack of manner. How could this kind of store still survive.
