Blue Print Home helped me to refurnish and properly stage my living room when I had my property for sale. Incredible collection and they even helped me to arrange them in a way that would bring the best of what my property had to offer. Highly recommended!

We went into Blueprint Home to see what furniture offerings they had available since we just moved into a new house and needed to furnish it. We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible.The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

Absolutely fabulous store. Great modern pieces with reasonable price for the quality. I LOVE their oversized pillows too, they complete any home design.

The team is great here at Blueprint Home. We have bought a couch and bed frame from them over the phone since the pandemic started. They provide great care and recommendations. Purchasing and delivery were fast and efficient. They are also great at communication and quick to respond.

I had a great experience with every step at Blueprint. I visited the store in person before buying - it's a beautiful store to check out and the staff was really helpful in showing me different options while I was bed shopping. I eventually ordered my Gus Modern bed by email/phone which was quick and easy, and delivery was done with great communication.The bed is fantastic in our space (especially love the headboard height) and it's super comfy to lean on to read. It's sturdy and I'd definitely recommend it.I also picked up some decorative pillow shams while I was in store for a gift - Blueprint carries fabulous decorative pillows that are actually big enough to have some presence and super comfy to lean into on the couch (no sad little throw pillows here).Highly recommend this great local Ottawa store!

Beautiful furniture. I ordered a custom sofa and the staff was very knowledgeable about the different fabrics and their pros and cons. Because my order was custom, it took a little longer to be delivered but they were very accommodating. Would 100% recommend, the quality is amazing.

I rarely write reviews but I feel like I have to in this case. The furniture in the store looked absolutely great from the outside so I decided to walk in and look at what's available. I didn't feel like I had the best service walking in. One of the ladies asked if I needed help, but I was just looking around. Shortly after, another lady came up to me and was quick to point out which items were on sale as if those are the only things I was looking at. She didn't even ask what I was looking for or bothered to introduce herself to me. It felt like I was being rushed out of the store because of the way I looked. I didn't even get much eye contact from my interaction with her. It's really unfortunate as I have just gotten a new place and felt like splurging on a nice couch and center table. I won't come back to this location in the future with the customer service I received. My excitement from furniture shopping is gone now... Such a disappointing day :(

Three years ago I bought a sofa and a loveseat from them. Recently the legs started to wobble. The service I received was excellent. They had the couch repaired right away, and were extremely pleasant and professional. Also, apart from the leg issue, the couch has been perfect. When it's time to replace them we will definitely use them again.

I went to Blueprint Home today for the very first time, I had browsed their website for the past few months looking at a pair of Geovin night tables and a dressers to match our Unique Nordic Bed. Kari was wonderful help, with helping to choose the colour and knobs. Cant wait for the pieces to be made and delivered. Hopeful delivery goes smooth and no damage to these beautiful pieces , as this is something I think we all worry about after placing an order at any furniture store!

Would be 5 stars if not for their recommended delivery service (iCarry Moving), which was disappointing. We paid to have our couch delivered and, upon arrival, the delivery guys spent about 15-20 minutes talking about how it would be impossible to get the couch up to our spare room/loft and ultimately refused to bring it any further than our living room. It took my buddy and I about 3 minutes to get it upstairs a few days later; it definitely was not 'impossible'.That said, in store customer service was top notch and the couch we purchased is exactly what we were looking for.

We ordered a bed and a sofa from Blueprint Home and had them setup the furniture in our home using their white glove service. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the products and the delivery/setup service as well. We will definitely be back.
