Don’t go there. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced. I have a tablet stuck there for almost a month, despite paying them upfront $500. Also, you can’t reach them on the phone and the status website is nonfunctional. And getting a status by email takes forever.
Some say the repairs were well done, that is if you ever see your device again. I trusted them but they failed me.
Avoid that place. As for myself, I’ll probably end up buying a new device and losing $500 on top of that.
Edit: I finally got my iPad back after one month and it was fixed correctly.

They have had my son's computer for 7 months and no response to emails or phone calls. Next step will be court. I don't care if it costs me more then the computer is worth. I already payed them $600. I want my computer back.

Can't recommend. My wife inquired about having a button replaced on her 2DS on Feb 18. On Feb 24, she spoke to someone about scheduling a repair and was told they would contact her when the part arrived. She never heard back. The part (R1/ZR button) is available on so many websites, including Amazon, so I'll just do the repair myself. It doesn't take over a month to get a button.

I traveled with my PS4 in my luggage, and upon arrival, it wouldn't accept disks. I had searched several different shops and mobile options, and decided to call Bill & Dave, because honestly it was easy to contact them and I'd rather speak to a human being and get information and etc, rather than filling out a form and having an interaction through emails.
I'm not from Ottawa and I was worried about getting ripped off or any bad experiences, or not getting it fixed before I had to leave.
When I called, I was greeted by a wonderful woman on the telephone who was kind and courteous and patient, and most of all informative and honest. She was quite soothing actually and she explained the whole pricing process, diagnostic, etc, gave me information about paying an extra fee for 24 hour turn around because I inquired (she was actually so nice she said save your money we don't usually recommend people pay extra for console repairs). The interaction with her alone was enough for me to decide that I was going to bring my PS4 to their shop.
The next day I drove down and brought the PS4 with me. I rang the intercom button and was greeted by a super cool and funny guy who was jovial and made me laugh and just added to the vibe the lady on the phone created by making me feel reassured. There was an intuitive feeling that they would fix it, fix it well, and it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. In fact I decided to pay the 24 hour extra fee (I really wanted to play and I was leaving next week so I didn't wanna risk not getting the system back). We had some cool conversations about hip-hop and names and etc and I was on my way out the door.
THEY LITERALLY CALLED ME LIKE 4-5 HOURS LATER TO COME GET MY PS4 ? it was fixed and ready for pick up...THE SAME FRIGGIN DAY ? I drove down, the same cool cat from before brought me my console, showed me the clean up work and explained what they did, inserted a disk, and also confirmed they have a 6 MONTH WARRANTY on repairs!!! Every other place I researched was 3 months MAX.
If I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would. 10/10, I will recommend you to any and everyone and I am a loyal customer of yours now! Anything I ever need electronics wise when in town, and any friends of mine will be told...my only issue is you guys aren't called Bill & Ted so I could say...EXCELLENT!
P.S for my new hip-hop buddy the guy I told you to look up was Ab-Soul (Control System was the album)...and I am everywhere online as @justspellbasics

My Laptop got fixed, sorta. I dropped it off Aug 22 and picked it up Nov 18. That is a VERY long time to wait for a repair! They did not actually look at my laptop till Sept 13. Then I got notice that the 2 USB c ports needed to be replaced. I got a note in October they were ordering the parts and finally repaired Nov 18. When I brought the laptop home, I noticed the right speaker was no longer working. I sent them a message but no reply. I hesitate to bring it in again for their "Warranty", it may take another 3-4 months to see it again. I agree w/ a few other reviews, they take a long time for repairs and communication is not as great as it could be. I recognize they are busy, perhaps take in fewer repairs or let us know what the wait times are. This is a work PC for my students, and I hoped it would have been repaired in weeks instead of months. We ended up buying a replacement laptop for the kids. Shoutout to Shuki for being kind and patient!

Brought in Xbox to be repaired. Told it would take a couple of days. After four days I Emailed many times after that still no replies. My wife went to their location after 10 days and said they never received any emails. I used the status email from their website so they clearly have problems with their own website but they are suppose to be computer experts?Regardless they never looked at it. Had to wait another 8 days before I could get it. I emailed them that my wife would pick up in morning, never replied and strangely they are not open until 11am. She had to go back a second time. I will never use these incompetents again.

I dropped off an iPad for repair and at first their service was first rate. Then we left the machine with them when we were out of town and they have ghosted us. They have not responded to repeated texts and emails. The situation is still ongoing as I write this. Bill and Dave, if you are unable to fix the device just say so!Update: 2023-10-23I finally reached them by ignoring the voice mail maze by calling their emergency after hours number. I finally got some information about my device. They said they hadn’t updated the status because the status hadn’t changed. For five weeks! They are trying to source a part, so I understand that it will take some time. But to leave a customer hanging for 5 weeks with no news is poor service.

Waiting on PS4 VR headset repair. So far they have been very good about updating when prompted. If you call in for an update the auto response will always try to get you to just check the website which is not always updated (as many comments in reviews suggest) however, if you wait on the phone to speak to their office you can get a real person who is very lovely and will provide a real time update. Happy with the customer service so far and can’t wait to get the unit back repaired :)
