The entire team needs customer service training!!! (Those that were working on November 22,2023 around 1pm)I went to this store because they had the product I wanted in stock; I checked via bestbuy.ca prior to going there.Upon arrival there were three employees working and all with clients. There was also another person there, I am unsure if he was a staff member or not; he left shortly after I entered (approximately 2mins after).Upon arrival I positioned myself in line. There were no customers waiting to be serviced; I would be next. It took almost 10mins before someone acknowledged me.Two other individuals joined the line after me. One of them made a gesture to one of the staff and he came over and spoke to her (Good job to him. Even though he did not greet me when I came in the store and/or asked me to wait because they were busy with other customers he still looked in the direction of the customers that were waiting and he came over and helped the lady).I have no issues waiting; it could've been for 30mins but at least greet me and the other customers that were waiting and inform us that you will be with us shortly.This to me is common sense.I hope I do not have to go back to this bestbuy location again. I was extremely disappointed.I did inform the team member that eventually assisted me with my purchase that the team needs customer service training.Bestbuy.ca you need to provide your team with the tools to be successful and provide good service; provide your team with customer service training.

Avoid like the plague.They have unlocked phones in store but will refuse to sell you one if you don't want to sign up for a plan.If you attempt to order online, they will cancel your order in favour of sales that involve them making a plan sale. Go ahead, I double-dog-dare you: right now, try to place an order online to pick up an unlocked phone. It'll be cancelled by the store.They either don't answer phone, or they're chatting with friends on the phone which results in you being automatically disconnected after selecting an option to speak with someone.Worst store I've ever dealt with and surprising Best Buy's name is associated with them.

Don’t come to this place just to buy a charger, case or earphone. You need to wait an hour in line. They should have an express cash for quick purchases and another line to get mobile phone hooked up.

2022 UPDATE: met with the manager today and she was very nice.I wish they had some pop socket auto attachments.….. …..Previous exp:Not especially happy about their customer service at this location. After waiting 10 minutes at gate as there was 3 people inside. A young man asked me what I’m looking for. I say popsocket mount. He says oh ya we have those then goes to check and I don’t see him for another 30 minutes!Meanwhile a woman working there doesn’t care about anything it seems just wandering around. A Filipino woman sitting on the ground in front of counter, waiting for her cell phone that took ages.It was a scene that could have played at the theatres lol..I like the store though and I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars at Best Buy over the years. This mini location is so convenient!

Small store.Maybe it's not the best option in terms of variety of phones. But it's great for phones accessories. The price for Air Pods was the same as in official Apple store.Also, they still have the latest phones models available to try.I found customer support well organised.The only disadvantage that I found was that a particular phone model I asked for was not available for cash. It was possible to buy it only locked with mobile operators.
