edited my review...years ago, when one guy usually ran the show, it was super reasonable. Now, in 2024, the parts and repair costs are MORE than the dealership. They are conveniently location, and are accommodating in terms of when you need to get your car in and fixed. But the prices and extra phantom labour costs are driving me back to the dealership.

Got charged around 400$ just for them to do an oil change and to check my suspension. Their was nothing wrong with the suspension. So pretty much 400$ for the oil change.

I went there to get some work done but I stopped by the Redroots beside it for a moment. A man inside was feeling big and decided to come yell at my girlfriend in the 4 minutes I was gone. Needless to say I won't be getting any service done here absolutely unhinged and rude dude working here. My frickin engine light was on but f it I'll go down the road.

I was a loyal customer, having left a five-star review, until they treated me and my 2014 car like a cash-cow. Told me it would take hours of diagnostics to figure out which "pulley" was causing a "misalignment" of the serpentine belt, that it was a BIG JOB not just to "diagnose" but replace the pulleys, and that I was looking at maybe close to $2000.When I asked them to just replace the belt to buy me some time, as I couldn't afford $2000 at this time, they refused. They also quoted me $300 for a belt.I went to a nearby garage and just asked them to get me a new belt. They called me to tell me that there was an alignment issue and I needed a tensioner ( the extent of the "diagnosis" that was needed!). The belt cost me $70 and the tensioner $145.I don't know how these guys sleep at night.

My go-to neighbourhood auto mechanic shop. It's nice to deal with a small local business where the owner is hands-on and gets to know your vehicle (in our case, a Toyota RAV4) as well as your needs and expectations as a client.
They do solid work, and beyond that provide good advice for preventative maintenance that never feels pressured or salesy. Are there places that cost less? I don't care. Pierre and his team have earned my loyalty as a customer.

I called ahead asked if they had time I hit a concrete curb, hit my tird off beads was getting flat..I got to em 4 25 and by 445 I was out. No structural damage they filled the tire pressure and sent me ok my way.

Called for a thermostat and radiator coolant sensor change.. They wanted to run a complete check and verification before addressing my request... So I guess they don't feel comfortable with Mazda 3 2015 Skyactive 2.0 l ... or over selling?

Always great service! Of all the places I have taken my vehicle to, this is the one I trust the most. Always ready to help, available and with reasonable prices. No bad surprise. In addition, I had a hard time finding a headlight for my car and no one seemed able to help out. Within a few days, this garage got the part that was backorder and installed it.
