This is probably the smallest BBW in the city... But also my favorite. Staff are attentive and they carry everything. Katie who works there should be given a raise! Very knowledgeable and always happy to share her thoughts about all the products! I'll keep coming here.

Great customer service! The semi-annual sale was a great opportunity to purchase sanitizers and creams. One of the reps recommended a cream with shea butter in it and the another perk of the cream is that it was $4.95, which is incredible. Wonderful experience!

Would like to personally thank Ashley at this location, my giftcard was not working and she figured it was because it was bought on the american site instead of the canadian. She took the time to call for me and get my giftcard transferred over so that it worked and I could complete my purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff
