Oh Bath and Body Works... 'Tis my weakness! Wait for them to have specials ($5.95 body care products) and ($13ish for 3 wick candles) if you want to get the most for your money. Their products always smell so nice. Lilac is currently in season... Light one of those bad boys and your whole street will smell like it ??? I have a whole closet of their stuff so yeah I recommend them! For those of you wondering if Goose Creek candles are as good... No, their candles are nothing compared to B&BW. I made the mistake of ordering from Goose Creek and now I've got a bunch of candles I'll only use in the event of an emergency. Stick with B&BW!

I had an unfortunate experience at Bath & Body Works College square, that compelled me to share my concerns. An employee named Jackie accused my 8 y.o child of throwing papers on the floor. So, I asked my daughter right away to stay by my side, then my eldest, however, informed me that it was another girl, who had already left the store, responsible for the behavior.Jackie's response was incredibly rude; she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, insisting I keep my child by my side. She even went on to complain about not wanting to collect "garbage" thrown by my kids. When I asked if she had evidence, she avoided the question. I requested to see the incident on the store's cameras, to which she sarcastically remarked that they only check footage if “ I am” stealing.Upon escalating the matter to the manager, I found the support and assistance to be lacking. The manager sided with Jackie, leaving me feeling unheard and disappointed. Consequently, I left all my shopping bags behind, expressing my decision not to shop at Bath & Body Works under these circumstances.I hope this feedback prompts a review of customer service practices, as such experiences can deter loyal customers.

Very nice aromatic gifts ?? store!Ranging from subtle to strong and sophisticated aromas in all forms and shapes: from lotions to candles, from soaps to creams.Friendly and helpful staff.What a great idea to have a stylish ceramic sink right in the middle of the boutique — you do have to clear your hands once in a while of all the different aromatic shades you test during your search for the perfect one ?

I can’t remember the last time I was in a bath and body works, but I’ve heard good things about their body mists and fragrances. Went in knowing nothing, and I didn’t get her name but a young worker who was short with straight blonde hair approached me and pointed me to her favourites and which ones she thought I’d enjoy based off of my first pick. Let me know of a deal they had where you buy two get one free! I was in and out so quick thanks to her and couldn’t be happier with my purchase :)
