“Came in a bind, my car was having trouble and needed to continue on my road trip. Boy did I choose the right place to roll into. They diagnosed the problem (bad wheel bearing) right away. It was a Saturday, so they called around for the replacement but everywhere was closed. Then they pulled some strings and got the part. Price was very reasonable, labour was in line with what they quoted, and they had me back on the road right before close. I know I skipped the line, but they knew I was stuck and accommodated. 5 stars, excellent service, and even considering visiting them again with my other vehicle (with an appointment next time.) ;)”
“I had an excellent experience with Roy Barber Services today. I called in the afternoon with a tire leak, they saw me not long after I arrived at the shop, and had me out within an hour. This is also during the time when snow tires are being mounted on cars which is a busy time for automotive businesses. The technician also ensured that I was shown the nail that had punctured my tire. The friendly woman at the front desk was also very helpful and I think the price I paid for the repair was very reasonable, especially for emergency work. I would highly recommend this business.”

“Roy Rump auto is an honest and ethical auto mechanic dealer. I asked them to assess my very old vehicle for roadworthiness, change to winter tires and do an oil change. They examined the car and found it totally rusted underneath, leaking from many spots and other axel related flags -totally unsafe to be driving. So they called me before putting on the (totally worn out) winter tires or changing the oil - i decided i had to give in and buy a newer car. Other mechanics may have gone ahead with the requested oil change and tire rotation to make the money from those activities. They saved me that money and they probably saved me from a road side breakdown or worse!”
