Bought 6 tires through Capital Auto Parts, one tire was less than a year old, had less that 10k on it. Had a major blow out with the tire purchased through them which also cracked the rim. Contacted Brian Barber about replacing the tire under warranty, and was given the run-around for 2 months. Brian was a coward, and would not return my calls, would not call me directly and resolve the issue. He had an employee run back and forth from his office to talk to Brian and call me back. Pathetic. Will not purchase from Capital Auto Parts again.

Thanks, Brian, for the excellent service. The wheels turned out pretty good on the old truck. I'm just finishing up with alignment. Brad is also happy with his setup. Erin Dodge is a customer going forward. Thanks again Brian.

Bought tires. 10 months in experienced one tire 'bubbling out', and another shredding on the inside. Inquired about warranty. No response. Write back a month later. Get a response and was told they are looking into it. 2 weeks later I ask for an update. No response. Will not be a repeat customer.

Worst experience ever with a company (this is the first time I have given a negative Google review).If I could give ZERO stars I would. The company claims "Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Priority" yet each staff member just blames the other one, and no one takes any accountability.I would advise from my personal experience not to order any tires from this company. They do not respond to emails or return any calls (after several promises).The Sales Rep (Brian or Mike?) says he is not responsible and that Kirby in Auto Parts needs to handle my issue. Problem is that Kirby doesn't respond either, so nothing is being done.I have no clue on where my order stands, so I was forced to cancel my order. I would wager with their horrible service, they will make it difficult to give me a refund as that is the type of company and people they are.STAY AWAY!BUYER BEWARE!

Bought winter tires for a great price and got a follow up email right away regarding delivery. They called about two hours later and told me they could drop them off that afternoon, asked me where exactly to leave them and if I'd be home and should they knock. Brought them right into my garage for me!! Amazing service!

Just bought a set of 265/75r16, these were by far the best priced and received very quickly, I ordered on the weekend but still received tires within a few days (Quebec). I had just tried buying 6 different sets from grizzly and partsengine, but turns out they don't actually have stock. Need a set of 35" in a couple of weeks and will be using Capital Auto Parts again for sure. Would definitely recommend.

They charged my credit card 4 weeks ago. A shipping label was created on May 2nd and nothing has happened since. Any time I call or email they deflect and say the person I need to speak to isn't available and will contact me back. It has been a week since the first "call back" was supposed to happen. They haven't offered me any information on the whereabouts of my order. They will not refund my money at all. This is completely unprofessional.

I’d give more stars if I could! Brian and Steve offered exceptional customer service. They were very quick to respond to my questions. My order arrived very quickly and I am very satisfied with the product. I would definitely recommend them!
