I called at 1pm..got an appointment for 4pm..and the back glass was replaced on my van and I was back in my van at 4:30pm the same day. Thanks guys!

Very happy I called these guys. They came to me less than 24 hours from my call requesting a windshield replacement. Technicians were friendly, efficient and did quality work. It's obvious they have lots of experience. I got a discount off my deductible and was back on the road the next day.

My passenger side window glass was broken, so I contacted UNIGLASS to get it fixed. They scheduled an appointment with Auto Glass Ottawa.
They repaired the window, but after a few days, I noticed vibrations and found some glass chunks still inside the car door, which I could feel while driving or opening and closing the door. I called them to address the issue, and they told me to come back to the shop for an inspection.
When I arrived, they informed me that they couldn't remove 100% of the glass from the door and that it would remain as is.
My suggestion: please ensure everything is thoroughly checked before finalizing any service. I later found some professionals who stated that it is the technician's responsibility to completely clear out the broken glass.

Thought I had a leak in my windshield but after the diagnosis it turned out to be my sunroof drainage hose that was clogged. I’ll have to take it to my mechanic but the men at Auto Glass Ottawa were very helpful, professional diligent. Highly recommended!

Out-of-towners, on our first day of a week’s vacation, my car’s back windshield was smashed in a downtown Ottawa hotel parking lot on a Saturday! I called Auto Glass Ottawa (which has 24 hr. service) and talked to Mario. He immediately sourced a new windshield, gave me an estimated time to fix it , and found me a garage to take my car to store it securely until the work was completed. I texted him frequently and he always replied promptly. I certainly chose the right company for the job. I can’t thank Mario and his team enough!
