Had to take my car here to get fixed after being t-boned by another driver. The staff were super helpful, attentive, and emailed or called me to provide me with updates every few days while my car was being repaired. The process was seamless. Hopefully, I won't need to return to a repair shop anytime in the near future, but if I did, then I'd definitely return to this location.

Staff were super nice and accommodating. My car was ready much sooner than I expected. They kept me up to date with progress on a daily basis I would not hesitate to have them do necessary repairs on my vehicle should the need arise. It was a dress free experience.!!

The front office staff and the customer service are great, there was a minor flaw but there was no issues with getting it fixed, they even paid for my car rental. Overall what stands out for me was the friendliest of the staff and how easy they made the process. If I need more body work on my car (god I hope I don't) I will be back. Steve D Oct 7 2024

I'd make this my regular shop for service if I could. My truck was stolen, and my insurance sent me here after it was recovered, which parts were stripped. I cannot thank them enough for what they did for me. Thank you to Laura, Jasmine, Victoria and everyone there!

After my recent accident, Assured Automotive was recommended to me for repairs to my car. The service I received was outstanding. Victoria was very professional, kind, and supportive. She communicated what was going on every step of the way. The repairs were done quickly, and they (bravely) even detailed the inside of my car!! All around great experience. I absolutely recommend them.

Assured East was excellent from the day we walked in. There was some confusion on our end with where the vehicle was, Roxanne was at the front counter and was very pleasant, friendly and nice to talk to. She was able to contact the insurance company to find out what was going on with the vehicle as it was not at Assured when we came in to check. Roxanne found out the vehicle was still at the towing yard where we had to go sign to release the car for it to come to Assured for repairs. Once the vehicle arrived, it was very quick to have an estimate sent to the insurance company and get the ball rolling. Jasmine was in contact with us and said she would update us twice a week, she stuck to her word, which I haven’t experienced that at any body shop, or dealership. When we came to pickup the car, the work was immaculate, couldn’t tell it was in an accident, washed and cleaned, parked out front ready to go. The transaction was seamless and easy. I would recommend this repair shop to all our family and friends. Exceptional service and quality!

Nobody wants to have to do business with a body shop, but if you do (as I have TWICE) this is the place to go. Can't say enough about the quality of work and of course the customer service is top notch.

My updated review on Sept 1, 2024:
Lies and Deceit confirmed. I took my car to another bodyshop specialized with AC repair based on my insurance's request and obtained a full report and my compressor is working perfectly and the AC is pumping 6 degrees celcius cold air. Assured Concordia Ottawa East, YOU LIED TO AVOID FIXING YOUR MISTAKES. Your claims that the compressor and the clutches are seized turned out to be false and the system has no rust or signs of wear and tear. Your mechanic did not seal the system properly and that is why it is leaking. In the future, when you repair AC, you need to use pressurized nitrogen gas to see if there is a leak before you hand the car to the customer and at least use die in the cooling gas in case there is a leak. You tried to cut corners and you lost my business and hopefully all those who will read my review. Shame!!!
My initial Review on July 10th, 2024:
On Mar 19, 2022 I dropped off my car at Assured Concordia East to fix my car accident. Around a week later, I received a call from the agent who was responsible for my file saying that my car was finished. Upon inspecting the car, the hood did not close well and I noticed the Metal rod for accident absorber installed rusted when it was supposedly new. I called my insurance to request that the Body shop fixes these which eventually they did. I used the A/C during that summer with no apparent problems. In July 2023, I called the agent telling him that the A/C fixed during the accident restoration last year is not producing enough cold air. I made an appointment to get that fixed and the agent called me on July 13, 2023 to tell me that the system was emptied and recharged and it is cooling air properly. I asked during the call about a potential leak but the agent assured me that there is none. He also told me that if there is any more problems to call him as it has a lifetime warranty as long as I have the car.
This year, on June 10, 2024, I called Assured Concordia Ottawa East again to tell them that the A/C again is not producing enough cold air and an appointment for July 10, 2024, was set up. I arrived on schedule and left the car in the Body shop's care. Around half an hour later, I received a call from the shop saying that the Compressor of the air conditioner is not working (seized) and that the mechanic checked the charged gas and it was full but the "clutches" are damaged which he identified from the sound when the A/C starts.
I challenged the manager on their decision given this situation occurred last year and after emptying the system and recharging it, the A/C worked flawlessly but she told me that I need a new compressor end of story. I asked her why was this problem not identified last year and I asked for the work order done on the 13th of July 2023 to show the manager how the problem was resolved last year, the manager could/would not find the work order in her system. I have a recorded phone call between me and the agent about this thankfully since there is no work order evidence. I told the manager, I am surprised how my car entered your body shop and work got done on it without a work order, this is suspicious. The manager ended the conversation.
If the compressor is truly damaged, I strongly believe that they made a mistake on their original fix under warranty and did not include it and they want me responsible for their mistake or they're lying to avoid warranty work.
It is very sad to feel that you can't trust businesses anymore.

After the attempted theft that led to a broken window my insurance sent me to Assured and the repair and replacement were completed on a timely record. Nice and welcoming staff, I appreciate the service.

Incredible service! After going back and forth with another company for months we finally switched to Assured and they took care of everything and did it quickly from dealing with insurance to booking and confirming the car rental while our vehicle was being repaired. Highly recommend to anyone who may require their services.

I only have extremely positive things to say about my experience here. My insurance company selected this business to repair my vehicle and although unfortunate circumstances, it was a wonderful customer service experience. The staff were timely, extremely friendly, and always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Without doubt, I heard about my vehicle 2x per week, they answered any questions I had on the phone; and were a lovely face to see every time I walked in the door. I rarely write reviews, but in a time where customer service seems to have gone out the door, this one far exceeded my expectations. Hats off to the staff.
