I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking to get embroidery or customized clothing.I approached the team at ASAPpm to do some embroidery work on some clothing and a hat. I recently reached out to this company for a printing request two weeks ago, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up, nobody bothered to return my calls even after four attempts.This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. As a reminder of their lack of concern for my request, I believe it's necessary to leave a one-star rating and share my negative experience with others on Google.It's disheartening to encounter such a disregard for customer needs, especially when I had high hopes for their services. I urge potential customers to think twice before considering this company for their printing needs, as their lack of communication and poor service are clear indicators of their overall reliability.I hope my review serves as a warning to others and encourages the company to take immediate action to improve their customer service.The way how you reply to your customer shows your reality with your customer which is way below normal.Have a nice day

Great first experience printing merchandise with ASAP. Kiel provided outstanding customer service. The turnaround time and quality of print was excellent. Looking at placing a second order soon. Love working with a local Ottawa-based provider and can only recommend.

I highly, highly, highly recommend ASAP printing. They printed several copies of a book for me, and took so much time and care in the process from start to finish. There was also a delay (on my end) in the middle, and they were so patient and understanding. Their customer service and product is TOP NOTCH. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ASAP printing. Service has been worsening over the last few years. Staff is unenthusiastic and unresponsive. I have to chase them a lot. Not recommending them anymore. I see the owner has suggested I haven’t purchased with them before but I have—not under my name.
