I recently purchased a bed (Romy olive) from Artemano, the quality was excellent, I liked the color and the packaging ensured that it survived the transportation.I received the same color, no scratches because of a good packaging.Thanks for all and for the packaging worker.Deserve to take a look.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a table online that did not say anything about cracks, splits etc, in fact, we purchased this table because of that. Other tables have very specific mention of cracks and splits, so you know what to expect. This table was pristine, slab of suar with a freeform (not straight).Surprise!! we receive the table and it has one half that is UNUSABLE, its almost like the one half resembles one of those old timey bottle openers with a jagged tooth.Not happy!! Look at the pictures of website and what we received! Thanks alot!

a beautiful and fun table from Artemano.However if you purchase an item that is a 'display model' no guarantees or warranties on the item. So, if you are looking for one of a kind...buyer beware!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Criminal and dishonest, worst customer service ever.They have a beautiful showroom and lovely pieces, but once you buy, it's downhill from there...We purchased a table, bench and chairs, spending several thousand dollars. The table was missing a piece and it took over three months of constant follow-ups to get the store to mail it to us. The bench color was off and they flat-out refused to exchange or return it, saying that since we had transported it ourselves they could not do anything to help us.Finally, and worst of all, the four "leather" chairs we ordered came six months later, and were 1- not leather, 2- smaller, with less cushioning, and 3- cheaply made - basically a very low quality replica of the luxurious floor models, which were beautiful quality leather. See pictures attached. The chairs were wrapped and boxed up, and, had we not checked them, we would be stuck with them because their policy is that you can't return or exchange anything. It would also have been difficult to be sure of the quality difference, because we would have been unable to compare them with the floor model.Finally, there was an error with reimbursements and they charged our credit card without communicating it to us, several days after our last conversation. This is completely unethical and unacceptable. Throughout the whole nine-month ordeal, it was difficult to get a hold of a manager and to solve these issues.These are all absolutely unethical business practices, and far from our expectations when buying from a store that brands itself as selling quality furniture.Avoid at all costs, seriously. Save your time and sanity, and go elsewhere.

I did bought a bed at this location. Felt like i was disturbing the young gentleman that was taking care of me . Store was completely empty. He ask me if i like to have it delivered and i said yes at the time . Was told they would call me . I received a call for the delivery today and was told that i needed to pay the delivery cash ??? Was never told that they had a charge for this . 250$ from ottawa to hull . This is a rip off be careful!! Nice furniture but the service is the worse .

Purchased a table for delivery in 2 weeks, but was overcharged by $450. After some scrambling I got the money refunded, it took about 45 mins for the manager to figure out the refund.I called to double check that the delivery was still scheduled as there was poor communication. At that time I was told that the table modifications I requested could not be done as the carpenter was gone for the next 3 months. The whole reason I bought the table was because I was assured that the carpenter would make some adjustments the very same week.Was told to just have the table delivered as is and they would ask the carpenter if it was even possible to modify the table in 3 months time.At this point I requested a refund and I was told they needed to ask permission, then wait for the manager to come back from training. 2 days without a call back I tried calling them again.I went in for a refund but they have a $1000 a day cap on refund for their machine so I had to return a total of 3 times to get 3 separate refunds so that the total was completely refunded.Will not purchase from them again. Bit of a nightmare.

Got a table from here it was beautiful! I ordered online and had some issues so I came to this store and they took care of me. The table is very shaky and not stable however. I had to modify it with some screws to make it stable. Very beautiful table though.

It’s a place where all the furniture are masterpieces with affordable and acceptable pricing in accordance to the quality of the material.Not only that but the staff are very well experienced and the best I’ve ever seen, especially Sally who sold me most of my home furnishings !Very well satisfied and thumbs up

I decided to furnish my new home from Artemano Ottawa after I walked in and saw their beautiful furniture. The sales people were very nice and helped me pick out what I needed. It went terribly downhill after my order. After many months of delay for some of the custom furniture I received it damaged. Their customer service at head office was terrible! They only agreed to replace some of the items after threatening to take them to court. The other items that looked good also started cracking. I will never buy any item from Artemano ever again. I have spent thousands of dollars and they definitely don't value customer satisfaction. This is a sign of a terrible company. Do yourselves a favour and stay away and save your money!!!!

Nothing to do with the actual Ottawa Artemano, however 2 months ago i ordered 4 separate orders with Artemano Online totalling almost 9000$. So far, 5000$ of the items have been refunded, with no reason given, and I have still not received my refund for my remaining items after countless emails to the customer service and countless phone calls (which are never answered). This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I will never shop from Artemano again.I will be initiating a chargeback with Visa as im still owed almost 4000$, 2 months later, with no response from the company. What is going on here?
